Re house price inflation ,in my area in the west prices were going up a year before covid but has gone insane this year .Never seen houses go so fast here before . Thinking about cashing in as this cant go on indefinitely .

Isa , sustainability and recyclability have been ongoing for years . That is not why your containers of far east goods have increased seven fold . Suez canal being blocked probably had a say. We are flooded with cheap chinese products that are often low standard and non recyclable . The tips are full of it.
Historically many items are presently ridiculously cheap compared with 40 years ago and it is time to reballance imv and cut some of the rampant consumerism. I try and avoid rebadged chinese tools and look for good quality secondhand , when they knew how to build things to last .

I would have thought zm biggest threat would be from georgian gvnt after his public attacks after the arbitration . Think he may end up in trouble on both sides of the Atlantic given time. Real, f m took part payment in cnr shares . Doubtful that deal would have been forthcoming from the supplyer although if in 6 months time cnr are £1 then good deal for fm not so good for us if cnr raises at much higher sp than 50 p . It did seem fairly incredible that individual large items wernt priced previously . Cant be that hard to get a rough price on a sag mill .
Anyhow , my rough calcs are based on the rest of the processes ,not allowing for any serious problems . Lets see how it goes .

G g , I don't think its odd ,it makes perfect sense as it was cheap and one of the long lead items and has brough fm onboard. It doesn't however mean that production is close .bit like having a gearbox but you havnt designed ,saved up or ordered the engine and body .

Ddd, I dont believe for a minute we will pour in 2022 . First pour and commercial production are two different things as pur have illustrated .
I am being realistic with 2024 .when I said back in early 2019 that we wouldnt be producing by the elections I took much stick .Even I didnt think that we wouldnt even have funding finalised by then .

El , I dont think you are too far from the mark . If there are no protests ,(that are banned) over the next few weeks then it is hard to imagine it happening after the elections . 100 thousand people have left since 2018 ,a good assumption that they would be the younger opposition supporters from 2018 .
The worry would be that faced with a corrupt political system some may resort to violence as a response . What is for sure is that Nicaragua will become more isolated internationally. Oas and eu readying democratic charter. I think it may be the political response to Nicaragua that may be a worry . Us will increase sanctions. Us is Nicaraguas largest trading partner .

Simms , I will stick with 2024 , timescales here have never been met . Land was supposed to have all been secured last year. Funding wont happen til the end of this year apparently ,construction 1-18 months and six months ramp up .And thats if there arnt any unforseen issues like plant teething problems ,floods or unrest or more covid restrictions etc . Of course by 2024 gold price could be anywhere north or south, or we may have been taken out . Hard to predict sp performance .most have been pretty bad here over a very long time at predicting sp .
£2 a share will be a £400 m company after funding. I think barring a vigorous bull market we wil be waiting some years for that personally but happy to be wrong .
