icb, nope , the last placing wasn't such a bargain to buy after even with the if its good enough for mellon its good enough for me. The last two placings have depressed the sp longterm . What do you think the next one will do ? marks aim is to keep dilution to a minimum , yes. Unfortunately it has still been very damaging to the sp over the last 3 years .
I do have shares but manage my holding so as not to be hugely underwater. I don't attack the company icb , I state what should be obvious to anyone with a modicum of intelligence. you claimed I was de ramping when I predicted the last raise and spot on the raise price. Then defended it and called me a dreamer when it arrived.so, do you think there is another placing heading our way before mine finance? do you think it will be lower than todays share price? when do you expect mine finance . How many shares do you expect to be in issue after mine funding? chance to get something right for a change icb.

e l. it is obvious that cnr has to raise cash to continue, my point, OBVIOUSLY is that the over optimistic posters here fail to take the amount of dilution into account when working out their fantasy share prices. I don't like my cake turning into a measly slice. The resident village idiot declared me a de ramper for forecasting the last dilution and price then when it duly came with the usual benefits proceeded to defend it and again call me a de ramper. He hasnt answered my recent question, whether he believes there is a likely dilution, when he expects the bfs, land completion, mine finance etc. Dilution is a fact of life for companies without cash flow, however when the expected cash flow dates extend by years it doesn't take a genius to realise that this will materially affect dilution and your share price.
most here predicted production for before the last election, clearly years out. I am not a de ramper but there are a number of deluded optimists here that choose to stifle reasoned debate. doesn't really bother me too much, I paddle my own canoe and am not under water yet.

isa , unfortunately some here dont understand that if you double the amount of shares in a couple of years you are effectively halving the sp , which is exactly what has happened. cnr hasn't yet achieved in 3 years what most of the overoptimistic posters thought would have been achieved a couple of years ago. posts guesstimating around 100m shares at production spring to mind. unfortunately, posters that are heavily underwater have to justify their own mistakes and usually takes the form of labelling posters de rampers. I paddle my own canoe and am parr but purely by ignoring the ridiculous waffle by many on here and exiting when sensible and buying back when sensible. still made very little but haven't had to bury piles of new cash to try and constantly average down which has left me free to invest in other more profitable investments. This is a small investment for me now and see lots of other more profitable and safer investments. will maybe add some more after next placing. IT IS NOT DE-RAMPING POINTING OUT WHAT SHOULD BE OBVIOUS to anyone concerned about their capital.

Ducky, yeah having a good spell. had a great run in ncuy ,act etc in 2020 and sold most and been spreading around various shares and crypto. on most of the non crypto bbs they are laughably anti crypto. I bought eth in 2019 around $400 down to $100 . Holding around 25 cryptos and 30 odd shares. been buying shopify, block ,cleanspark and micro strategy last month pretty much at the bottom hopefully and obc and are in uk. getting bored with goldies but still in some. seems aim goldies are a bit of a waste of time generally so been buying canadian. also been beefing up on alternative energy shares.
will be looking to increase here by trading it a bit hopefully.

icb, the bfs was originally supposed to be q4 last year then q1 this year by end of march now q2 this year. mc has already taught everybody a costly lesson you fool. the sp is just above 30 p , most likely heading sub 30p and a placing most likely incoming. my average is 30 p and will add under 30 p. trading is the only way of keeping a decent average here.
ok icb, when do you expect bfs to be produced. when do you think mine finance will be complete? Do you think there will be a placing before mine funding? lets see who is in cuckoo land.

a wax, I am only buying sub 30 p and reckon they will get cheaper yet. unless the bfs is fairly imminent I am wary that the next placing will come before and that means only one thing . discounted for friends with benefits. I cannot imagine there can be too much cash left. cnr raised in oct when they were down to their last £500k. if £2.5m went in nov and dec the remaining £2 m must be running short now. we will have an idea of how near funding is when/if we see the size of the next placing. I reckon another £4m. I only skimmed the rns. did it say whether the outstanding payment for mill has been paid. That was one of the stated aims of the oct funding. How much extra land has actually been bought since end of oct?

opulentia, better get your finger on the button then , 30 p imminent. yes , someone mentioned if 42 p and 35p was good enough for mellon it was good enough for them. sub 30 p followed and was good enough for me. I don't get options or warrants though obviously, or wages , or tax free status in a tax haven.

opulent, you will absolutely be able to buy lower than todays sp. end of oct cnr raised £4.1 m and had around 500k in the bank. By the end of dec £2m. As I have said for many months a placing around April is likely. looking likely to be mid /low 20s to me.
It is not very surprising that bfs isn't ready for end of march . still 2% to go with land . yeah , I know icb , more de ramping , correct ?

Ducky, had a little punt in here recently just under 60p. didn't realise you were a crypto boy. i am in abc and try too as well as a bucket full of cryptos. Hope you doing ok.

tester, last placing was for £4.1m at 35 p and to my knowledge first man didn't take shares. yes , I bet mellon would rather buy in the next discounted placing with benefits rather than buy on the open market or more expensive options or warrants.
a f, I would say that the sp has moved up a fair bit lately. I was buying small amounts below 30p not so long ago. doesn't seem to want to clear 34 p . I think the sp will perhaps be determined by if we have an interim raise. I personally suspect we will in the next month or so .

agree e l , this is likely to go to financing . what will be interesting will be who takes part. Would be surprised if either f m or calibre didn't take a chunk. currently holding both and b 2 as well as cnr so all good. presently cnr is my only aim junior actually showing a slight profit . Long may it last. Interested to see if we clear 34p soon. 33 p seems to have been the top for ages.
tester, I guess it depends how many have been buying around 30p. Personally,I think if it was calibre, shares in calibre ,a fast moving company that may well get taken out before cnr would be a good deal for mellon,particularly if he got a seat on the board. I don't imagine it matters either way to him as long as he is looking at a profit. A bird in the hand. politics is something to consider. one of ortegas sons has put forward the idea of the chinese one party system I believe, more high level political opponents jailed and 30 more egos expelled. I think the hybrid war could come to Nicaragua. putin is going to be looking for somewhere near us to get in us face and ortega seems pretty open to the idea.
me, looking to take profit as soon as and 60 p would be ok for a de risk .

hi sotolo . not too many peeps want to hear reality posts. been some very deluded posts over at omi for quite a long time. most of my buys here have been sub £1 so not too fussed. only buy on the dips. not quite in positive territory but not too far away. entry and exit all important and ignore the inevitable noise.

Simms, yes I have thought that for a while. strategic stake with a toll. dont see toll on its own being that big a deal for calibre. why would calibre not have a clause stopping their finance officer walking straight into a competitor in the same jurisdiction?
tester, as always , worth keeping an eye on the politicals. more jailing of opponents, more sanctions likely and both Russian and chinese moves. lets hope straight as a die ortega doesn't hatch a nice chinese sweetheart deal. starting to get fed up with goldies tbh , too many downsides.

28 j , conversely , I have a holding in cnr which has millions of proven oz of high grade gold, 100 % ownership and an imminent bfs and should head to construction for 100 k oz this year and the m cap is £42m. shg , great grades in Kenya, producing in tanzania, m cap£98 m.
its all guesswork but around present price certainly seems a good price .Will it go lower, who knows. i have some wsbn, palm and cora. All at lows atm. probably a decent time for buying explorers generally now if the gold price carries on rising but no guarantees on anything. as always the lower your entry point or average the better. I couldn't believe peeps buying just after the last spike in the twenties but there you go.

mamba, current sp is definitely a whole lot better than 20p plus for buying. thankfully most of my shares are from sub 4p level. personally have enough of these presently unless it dives further. sub 10 p to sell at 12 p is a nice little 20 % which is not to be sneezed at in present circumstances. entry point all important as ever along with banking some profit somewhere along the line. gla

dr, it was a mistake. However it still isn't particularly re assuring . I did skim the rns rather quickly. but hey if thinking it is a malevolent action makes the sp more palatable then fine. personally I would be more worried if I was one of the poor devils that bought in the 20s and 30s on the back of rather over optimistic posting . I corrected my mistake.

dr, yes pardon my mistake , 22 % premium . still from a pretty lowly level considering the valuations many have for this Around 13.25 by my maths. pretty lowly incentive.
