I dont write anything off, you just home in on what your desperate positivity cannot comprehend. I sell some if I see a placing coming and buy when the price gets hammered. Marks preference has been for a sale for the last 10 years, in fact putting us up for sale unsuccessfully.It may come, a strategic investment may well come. What I dont buy are the prices some expect currently. I am in at 30 p and see 50 p as achievable and will sell some at that price then see what happens but the truth is although you constantly call me a de ramper cnr has underperformed my modest expectations.

Zeron, I have not been keeping up for a while now but I think you will find the green capital fiasco is the crux of the matter when "dopey" was being fobbed off and sidelined by zm somewhat before the suspension.

Rr, what has become clear is that "dopey" was trying to hold zm to account while certain muppets were singing his praises unquestioningly . Even after the arbitration verdict many preferred his account over a highly respected us law firm.

E l, ot. Yes reckon so however noticeable that certain posters there buying at 13 p and calling peeps fools who might sell. I loaded up at 7 p . Peeps will always tell you your share is undervalued. Same in omi. Peeps saying the same at 35p then 25 p . Sell spikes , rebuy lower is the order of the day for me on aim. I think palm may well put on a spurt with news so was happy to spread profits. Not investment advice tho obvs .
Will add a few here if we see sub 30 p which if we get a placing soon , which I expect it is unlikely to be above 30 p imv. Does that rhyme?

E l, yes I have some calibre at about parr atm. Yes I imagine with a rise in gold price their sp to rise in tandem, unlike cnr they produce gold. Also have first majestic that have dropped around 40% over the last6 weeks and a number of others. What we have seen is a couple of 30 % drops and re bounds over the last year and a half in tandem with the gold price. Cnr are still 3 years from commercial production imv . It is hard to second guess the gold price in 3/4 years time but what is plain atm is that expenses are rising alarmingly , lead times lengthening and every time fed raises rates gold gets hit. I posted a comparison of cnr and calibre four maybe five years ago when both had a similar m cap of around £14 m if my memory serves. Calibre sp since their takeover is more than double whereas cnr is half. I expect producers to move fast with the gold price , which is why I have bought near the bottom over the last year and a half. Depends where your data point is taken from I guess. I think buying now with a target of 50 p is a decent risk return , if you have been in for 10 years then not so but as with the exploration process, many things can happen between now and commercial, debt free production .
My rudimentary analysis has been a lot nearer the mark for the last four years than all the we are so undervalued posts. When mellon came up with his 100 k oz pa for this year and 150 K for next year I stated it was bunkum . Simms attempted to try and give a scenario where it could be true. Mc now basically states a time scale that I gave a couple of years ago and got slated for.
Obviously the level of dilution will have a say in sp , unfortunately many here have blindly ommitted the more than doubling of shares in the last 4 years when coming up with their critical analysis. Absolutely you have to expect most explorers to tap the market , not a gripe just fact that you have to factor.
O t. Nice run on wsbn, are you still in there? I sold a few around 13.5 and swapped them into palm and hoping to see a run there.

Simms, it is poss le to use fairly simple valuation tbh . You state that £1.50 pre production, p s is a low price . How do you come up with this deduction? How many shares do you expect to be in circulation at that point ? Calibre currently is producing circa 250 k oz pa , has around 18 drills proving up more high grade gold far quuicker than cnr and has a m cap around £350 m .
I expect there to be well in excess of 200 m shares possibly nearer 250m . Do you seriously think cnr will be worth a comparative m cap with debt and still waiting for 100k oz production.

cf, from memory there was £350 k outstanding on the mill . Imagining a £ 3/4 m placing not too far away. just hoping it will not be too much below 30 p. I am somewhat surprised after mc saying a couple of weeks it is now q3 for bfs but not gobsmacked lol. the new term for land aquired is a little odd. will be interesting to see what transpires over the next 6 months. not going to see full commercial production before 2025 .still we have cleared 14 hectares in a year and a half. one man went to mow. mellon and his 100k oz production this year and 150 k oz next year lol. cnr is one of only a couple of my miners in profit currently so not going to moan too much. first majestic down 40% in the last month. bought a few recently.
isa, actually bfs was originally stated for q4 last year, then q1 ,q2 and now q3.
geo politicals are getting worse imv. Nicaragua has left the oas , appropriated its building and recently brought in new repressive laws. only a matter of time before Russia turns the heat up a bit there I suspect.

good luck real. you can always buy back in here out of profits later but glad you are finding success in the crypto space. I haven't bought strike but mainly because it is a bit too complicated to buy for me but still in and out on various cryptos. i bought back in here after multi bagging on ncyt and must say it is an altogether easier feeling buying from profits than sinking in ever more of your hard earned in the hope of a profit some day. I been taking profits on crypto spikes and spreading it across others. hope u not putting all your eggs in one basket. There are a lot of decent punts in that space. good luck and glad you are doing ok.

well Nero, I have consistently advised using ones brain and trade when sensible but that seems to be against the rules of loyal lth values too. stating the obvious like there is going to be yet another dilution is apparently de ramping, until it duly appears of course, then its to be expected. I am currently up 9.5% by managing my holding sensibly during this bear market that interestingly has seen gold price rise from $1100 to $2000 and since the bottom of the gold price in sept 2018 the cnr sp has gone from circa 50p to 32p with diversions at sub 20 p. entry and exit is most important factor.
tester, I would say that I seem to recall you making guesstimates of at production having 100m shares. for me it has been obvious that timelines for the last 5 years have been hyped , more by posters than mark, although mellons ridiculous, under informed guesstimate last year was outrageous considering he is a paid director and largest holder. Mark has been fairly vague on timelines all the way through. to a certain extent would agree with Nero lol, if peeps have sat on their hands for 12 years and not smelt the coffee, then they should maybe look atheir own investing strategy as well as the company.
Personally, I do not think that mc would now state that bfs is only a couple of weeks away if it was not true. I would hope that we should see it by end of may. I have expected a raise this month, so hoping that the raise will come after bfs. we are where we are and tbh peeps are smelling the coffee when the coffee has already been drunk. there will be a raise soon imv , then funding, hopefully construction begins by year end commercial production 2025. Whether you see that as good, bad de ramp or realistic is your prerogative. I will sell a good proportion if we hit 50/60 p then see what transpires with a free carry. One thing to bare in mind imv is that the world is in a period of high inflation, long timelines. disc will continue to rise up to production but there is no guarantee that the gold price will do this. yes there are some very good predictions re gp but you would have seen similar ones in 2010-12. Nothing in life is guaranteed as any pur holder is finding out, best you can do is use your common sense and hope for the best, and don't put too many eggs in any basket, or be too attached to an aim high risk share. good luck all

imp, in shg too. been in there since sub 5 p. had a top up in aaz too at the recent bottom. hum doing ok too. always worth having producers when the gold price heads north. been a few good adding points over the last year. best to be spread out imv. Had a nice run in sar recently . very o t but again , best to be spread out and generally have a good day somewhere.
worth keeping an eye on cnr, getting ready to issue bfs v soon and hoping to begin 100k oz construction by end of year. m cap of around £50m presently but funding needed. directors own over 20%.

good find T, yes buys 30-35p seems good risk reward. been a good 5 months to buy on the dips since Dec. presently up 12% on my buys from Dec onwards which I am happy with. If we can get bfs out before raise might even see a raise clear of 40p which would be good.

cf, concur. I think a raise cannot be too far off. Hopefully bfs out first. bit of copper speculation won't do any harm sp wise hopefully.

6 month ramp up period as I was expecting . payback period from then I would imagine. imagine the parts held by f m probably means the 350 k is still outstanding. makes a change to have some new news.
rio would be the obvious assumption but there are a number of copper companies operating in latin america and with mexico, peru and chile looking to be tougher jurisdictions it could be one of quite a few I would imagine. I hold southern copper with a $56 b m cap and a 5% dividend. copper would be a very good plus to have and a ballance against possible gold price drops.

B, you obviously have a fairly unlimited supply of funds . For me , I have limited funds and am fairly overweight here . bought a few more on Teus morning but have my fill now but will aim to trade to increase holding. looking good in most of my goldies this week and glad to have generally topped up in producers in the low. gla

simms, I think you are ignoring a 42p and 36 p discounted placings part in the sp dropping from 50p but I do think 50p is attainable if the bfs comes soon and no placing. If mc states it will be ready in the next 2 weeks I would imagine it must be close.

As long as the bfs does indeed come in the next couple of weeks, before any placing hopefully we should see a decent lift in sp . share price has shown strong support around 30p and looking strong presently. looks like sub 30p may be over so hopefully any peeps topped up when the opportunity was there. gla

cambells, I think generally you will find most producers moved upwards from the bottom of the gold price in 2018 upwards peak two years later. most good producers have done 20-30 % over last couple of months from the bottom. as always , timing your buys, or sells is key. nero states a 10 year bear market yet gold has gone from circa1100- nearly $2000 since 2012. sensible buying in producers will have given decent returns also with dividends. Over this period cnr sp has gone from 60p to 32p .
nero, I would agree that cnr is a proper aim explorer compared to many aim lifestyle companies but it is still fact that for most investors it has been a poor investment thus far who don't have the benefit of £2.5 m in wages to offset their investment losses not to mention the effect of inflation over 10 years on their investment. I have managed to multi-age in a number of producers and a couple of explorers over the last 4 years . It would be more logical to use the orphan period as an excuse. the last 4 years have been the most damaging period for sp and dilution in a period where the gold price has nearly doubled.
