I have said for weeks that sub 25 p was a good buy and anybody could have bagged a quick 20% on release of the bfs which is more than most have seen here in the last 8 years. Thats trading 888. What are you going to say if we do see another cash raise before mine finance. Its de ramping considering it but fine if it happens lol. Not nailed on but a fair possibility imv depending on how long finance deal takes?

Hi Barnard. There are 3 months left of 2022. I dont see construction starting before next year. 18 months would take us until mid 2024, 6 months ramp up period takes us into 2025 to commercial production.And thats with no issues. History doesnt thus far show a tight adherance to timescales either. I would imagine that the mill being in Nicaragua and some scrub clearance are responsible for trimming the time guidance from 18 -24 months to 16. The mill is a significcant piece of equipment but there will be other pieces of long lead equipment in a high inflation, restricted supply environment.
My timescales have been consistently correct from information given by cnr, whereas most on here have been consistently way off the mark. Interested to hear others expectations for finance, construction start etc. Hope that explains my reasoning.

The bfs has just confirmed a timescale that I have forwarded for a number of years and been pilloried as a de ramper . ie no production before 2024 at the earliest. My guess now is 2025 for commercial production. Many on here predicted production and even dividends by now lol.even mellon predicted 100 k oz production this year and 150 k oz next. He is a director lol. That is also 3 years woth of running costs on top of construction.obviously a deal could well happenand gold could go stospheric, or not.

Damo, $20 m is peanuts . I am in calibre , mid tier producer , m cap £300 m and is spending that much p a , and has 18 rigs working. This project is many years from production. Continental were at it for about ten years and sold pre production.
They will obviously further down the line have to decide if they want to multiply this $20 m very considerably. I am also in condor gold who have spent $10 m on bfs studies alone.

Impecunious, same here . Not interested in burrying new cash. Just had a small sell and buy back this week. Sub 10 p was the time for new cash imv. No doubt there will be a rush of peeps buying if we have a big spike again. 7-16 p was always going to be on. 16-40 p , lets see. For me keep the average as low as possible. Bought here sub 4 p and traded a few times so big multi bagger now for me . I dont see the incentive to increase average too much as you never know , nobody could see 7 p when the 40 p ramp fest was in full swing. The sp will ebb and flow in my opinion and will give trading opportunities to enhance holding without cash injection. Each to their own obviously . Good luck all

Wholly predictable dropback. I am in omi and wsbn and have traded a portion of both on spikes over 16 p and been buying wsbn back this week at well under 11 p and looking similar here maybe. Didnt offload many but increasing holding for no cash outlay seems very sensible to me , particularly if you havnt got endless funds. Bit of a rampfest over the last couple of days . Newbies beware . £1 next week , outrageous. Still legs left here over next month or two imv but during the last rampfest when it briefly peaked over 40 p most peeps were adamant that no dilution and lo and behold a fundraising helped sink the sp . Awax, theres not been much movement here for a while. If you think the bfs is out next week, little point waiting till next week I would think.Things can get a little leaky before news. Looking to top slice a bit in omi so may add a bit here this week.Perhaps a few smaller top ups may be best through this week. Obviously there are different levels of resource definition categories which take many years to prove. I think you will find continental took more than 10 years. Very soon omi will have 25% of the resource for $20 m in exploration over many years. 25%of $1 b usd is $250 m or£217 at todays pummelled exchange rate, after 10 years of proving up resource.
7-10 p was a good price to buy, however from here on up less obvious to me for multibags. 7-14 p pretty easy to bag . Anyone buying at say 15 p will have a much lesser chance of multibagging and a much higher chance of being spiked. Gld rice may have been $1500 but exploration and aisc have been rising fast recently .

Ib, the usa is Nicaraguas largest trading partner and currently part of the free trade agreement. I dont know of any significant us mining company in Nicaragua, mainly canadian . For sure it is worth keeping an eye on the geo politicals and cnr is still a good 3 years from commercial production so a lot could happen in the meantime. I expect Russia to rattle the cage a bit and usa to issue further sanctions. There is always the possibility of chinese interest. Nicaragua recently jettissoned ties with Taiwan for china. Zijin bought out continental in colombia a couple of years ago. The current sp gives a good risk reward opportunity, for the short / medium term but there are risks. Good luck if you buy .

Akrigas, in regards to your examples, it is obvious that knowing when to sell is perhaps more important than buying. From memory, solg also went from 40 p back down to 6 p and still ten years later is well off its peak from all those years. Ggp also way off its peak and back to good old omi from 3 p to 40 p and back down to 7 p ,. Dont expect any difference this time , just tricky guessing the top. We could get another good spike but soon we will hold 25% of no resource yet proven. Danger time for getting spiked soon imv , time to buy was sub 10 p.
Looking to be running on free carry asap and 20 s will suffice but happy to raise that depending on how its looking.
