Auson - I think the hidden tiger is the late - after trading hours - declarations of major buys and sells which do not show on the day trading totals - plus -when the spread is very tight - as it is now the buy or sell label gets misapplied - I have often seen my buy of £5K or £10K shown as a sell due to late listing - the totaliser figures shown above are not worth looking at unless there is a 10% or more spread IMO.

my average is £15 so a 10% rise today would be just great for me

For all those who believe that brokers send conspiracy codes to each other - I notice today 4 lots of 2 share sells one of 1 and one of 3 and one of 5 !

Gary - I am down today £1200 so far - we are on a death slide if the BOD take no action I can see this in free fall again tomorrow - this month I was making £300 to £500 a day - now met my Nemesis ! I would be glad just to get my cash back and never touch banks again. I agree that BARC LLOY and RBS are all struggling - 20% + down and I only bought into MTRO today because it looked so good at £5 - old adage "Never try to catch a falling knife on the SM - you will cut off your financial fingers" Well proven today !

SS - I agree entirely with your posting - I warned last June that a meltdown in SPs was coming as early as October and I sold all my shares and stayed in cash till this January, I was doing very well on day trading until I got into MTRO today at £5 - warning bells were ringing but I thought that 30% down would lead to a dead cat bounce ! Stupid boy Pike ! With so few shares in free trading the shorters have a paradise to work their evil trade and unless the BOD can inject a "good news" RNS tomorrow I feel that the slide down will continue.

I would love to be wrong and see the SP back above £5 soon but IMO MTRO is a zombie at the mo
