looks like the SP glass ceiling is set at about 30p until we get that airline RNS from the BOD - just look at the great rise recently when the rumour hit the street that TCG had sold its airline ! Once the deal goes through we should be well through the 40p level very quickly !

If the BOD stopped dithering and gave us a RNS to say they are in negotiations to sell the airline our SP would rocket back up immediately. Until then we are at the mercy of the market mafia to do whatever they want with the SP by pumping and dumping shares

Google says John Donaldson left TCG in 2001 after the £550M sale ! What a pity - I got quite excited at the "old news" - however - a bidding war may be on the cards between Virgin and Lufthansa ( acronym for - Let Us Fondle The Hostesses And Not Say Anything !)

If you look back on the Sacks of Gold strategy - for a long time now they have been "pumping and dumping" PMO shares - manipulating the SP to serve their own interests - as long as the SM is subject to the dithering of Mrs May it will remain unsettled - a trillion pounds of assets have now been transferred out of the UK to EU and USA locations - Barclays Bank is moving £166 billion to Dublin. Until the dithering Mrs may resigns and lets a decent PM take over the SM will continue its roller coaster ride.

Looks like the Yanks dragging us all down again - lots of red across the EU markets now. Trump throwing a spanner in the works again - no plan to meet and talk to Xi about trade !

I would be happy if we could get through the 40p "glass ceiling" and hold above that - 34p again today at COP would be nice !

I was lucky to get my £10K buy then - looking forward to the million share buy boosting the SP !

Romany-Roe I am now a day trader - as I am retired and can watch the box a lot. Last June I posted a warning that SPs were heading for a big fall and I went all into cash - not intending to gamble again till April 2019 when the BREXIT chaos might just be sorted out. However - I could not resist day trading again because the SPs on my favourite companies are so low - up to 90% down on peak last June - so I have made some good profits but also got caught on a few unexpected further drops - just £2K down at the mo overall this year but TCG looks good for a few £s profit IMO.

My best gamble was buying UKOG a couple of years ago at just below 2p - £20K worth - then sold soon after for 8p - £60K profit - the SP peaked at 11p but is now less than 2p again - I am not tempted to gamble now on UKOG - too mature a company at the mo.

Just did my bit - another £10K invested - good NT price - 28.6p - very surprised that I got a fair deal - I usually avoid NT - especially with fast moving SPs but no complaint today !

I was reading a book on how corrupt politicians and their ministers pocket huge bribes from international companies - their ministers tell the companies that they must purchase licenses and the multi million dollar payments are paid into nominated international bank accounts then siphoned off into corrupt politicians own bank accounts. Companies have no option but to pay these "bungs" otherwise - no business in this country. CFOs do not say to CEOs - here is a bribe for Saudi politicians - they just pay out what they are told to pay out.

All the massive oil - gas - gold et al profits disappear into top peoples banks and the poor and needy never benefit. Look at Lesotho - promoted by William and Harry as a desperately poor country in need of UK charity - in fact Lesotho has a total population of just 2 million and has some of the richest diamond mines in the world - it constantly finds and sells huge diamonds for $30 million plus - where are all those profits going ???

Mr Mugabe retired with an additional $300 million in diamonds to fund his security and hospital bills !

It's a tough world for international business and if you do not pay bribes someone else will and your firm will be shut out of lucrative contracts and go bust !
