maid - I just lost about £2K trying to catch the falling knife of TCG - lowest SP now and forecast to fall from present 26p to 12p - according to Berenberg ! Hopefully the £2K will come back in a rising UKOG SP

ocelot - my best trade was back in 1998 when my instinct caused me to put £10k in a share which went up over 500% in the morning - I printed off a copy of the holding to show my wife and made a coffee - back to the box and and I was DOWN 10% - taught me not to leave the box when pump and dump is going on ! I did however put £10K into RKH the day before the big FI oil lake was discovered - balanced off the losses I took elsewhere ! As I am 73 years old and have no debts SM trading is my hobby - profits go to my daughter who is recovering from ovarian cancer and charities like Dogs Trust and RSPCA - we have a 3 legged jack Russell rescue dog - we called him Tigga cos he bounces a lot - perhaps we should have called him Isle of man or Tripod !

ocelot - I was happy to sell at 8p in 2017 - I do not think anyone got the 11p - it was only there for a short time before the dump started

I lost £6K this year backing TCG and other collapsing SPs - but I am only holding UKOG now figers crossed for a good SP rise

a few years ago I saw a company that I liked called UKOG - the shares were just 2p so I bought £20K worth on a hunch - sold at 8p and the SP finally hit 11p before coming back down. I have been watching over the years and not been surprised by the BB failure but am now tempted back in at 1.55p for a recovery based on HH et al. Hope I bring all investors a bit of luck and a rising SP

Perhaps you should focus your ire on the Livery Companies of London - they have secret accounts containing many billions of pounds and are not subject to company audits. Their original purpose from 300 years ago was to direct charity money to the poorest members of society - that is now mostly forgotten - they pay no tax - being listed as charities - and they refuse to say how much wealth they have. But they have massive political influence so they will never be held to account. Dick Whittington was their most famous member and he left his massive wealth to the Companies to distribute to the poor !

The big clue was in the word "BUNGA" - every African and Asian country has these "special deposit" accounts for up front payments - if not paid the company does not get a licence to do business in the corrupt country - the special accounts funds are then siphoned off into the private bank accounts of politicians and heads of Army police etc

Sacks of Gold pumping and dumping once again - I thought market manipulation was illegal but obviously this does not apply to Sacks of Gold activity - a spokesman said "illegal is just a sick bird !"

I sold out - I will wait for the BOD to get off their butts and give us a good RNS - if that means I miss out on the initial 20% or 30% rise then so be it - the SP has headroom of +556% to get back to its 150p level - I will be looking for the SP holding above 35p before jumping back in

RR - you are right that all investors sell then see the SP rocket - like DEB today - but also investors hold too long - as you say - you should have sold at 174p - but who knows what the market will do ? I did post last June that I was going to stay all in cash till April this year because I could see a mega crash in SPs starting first week in October - looking back now at banks 20% to 30% down et al I think I was right - TCG is the only share I have bought into and it has cost me about £2K loss so far. In the words of the song "The Gambler" - "ya gotta know when to hold em - and know when to fold em - know when to walk away and know when to run - never count yor winnins while playing at the table - time enough to count the cash when yor dealins all dun !"

26% drop in SP in a week is just not one incident ! Either the BOD is hiding really bad news or it is like our dithering PM - "kicking the can down the road" in the hope that something good will happen !

i am tempted to sell at a loss and try another company ! I will give it to the end of the week then decide

Could be the first shots in a bid to buy out the company cheap then asset strip it and sell the various bits at several hundred % profit. Big Hedge Funds do this all the time.

Fingers crossed for a good input from the BOD or they could lose their jobs in a takeover !

TY railride - I was just looking at the graphs for finish SP - so it obviously went lower during the day !

We will need very severe news from the BOD to crash the SP below 20p IMO - however - we are at the mercy of powerful manipulators - so keep some cash back to buy in lower if it happens.

More "Project Fear" garbage - the lowest SP for TCG was back in 2012 and that was still about 15p - so anyone can make up numbers and try to panic the market - in 50 years trading I have rarely seen a brokers rec that was remotely accurate - but until our BOD wake up and issue a good news RNS this share will continue to be a roller coaster manipulated by the "big boys" working the markets

It is time the market mafia took its big boot off the neck of PIs and allowed us a decent return on what is supposed to be an investment not a Roulette Wheel bet ! Vince Cable was right a few years back when he said "The stock market now is a sleazy casino run by shady characters whose sole aim is to separate trusting investors from their life savings " But our useless politicians will do nothing to stop the corruption in the market - the Chancellor makes too much profit from the City trading !

Ten minutes more of this blood bath then we can start again tomorrow !
