Although the offer by PrimaryBid wasn't fully subscribed, the SP held up well this morning. It does seem that 255 I have paid for yesterday wasn't so bad at all. Would love to see this going past £3 by Xmas. GLA

Bought @398 and sold this morning. The downgrade probably will push the SP down to below £4 once again. Will be back if it does fall to near 390 or below. GLA and have a nice day everyone.

I sold this morning then bought Halford and Zaar. Both of them have dropped more than 20% after results. Usually, the chance of a rebound is much higher after a sharp drop. That's why always buy the dip.

I have finally bought a few on the open market, but missed the bottom and paid 255. Still cheaper than the 270 placing price though. Let's hope that the bottom has been breached. Love to see this going up to £3 or higher by Xmas. Good luck all.

Just got the final reminder from PrimaryBid. GROW's offer will be closed at 3:00pm this afternoon. We can buy the old shares @250 on the open market. Will anyone still pay 270 to apply for the new ones? No, not me, lol.

The SP has dropped to 267.4 a share now, even cheaper than the placing. This is not looking good at all.

Just looked it up on DividendMax. ATYM did actually paid us a total of 7.1377p dividend this year, 3.1477p(3.5¢) in August and 3.99p(5¢) in September, but the next dividend will be August next year according to DividendMax's forecast. Need to wait for 9 more months yet.

I bought my first batch in October 2021. Then added a couple of times. My total diluted dividend comes to 15.34p and my capital loss is 60p! Net decifit comes to 45p. It is not a very good investment at all for spending two years of my time on this. I am thinking of cutting my losses and bail if this goes up to 250/260 again. So, I am hoping for a Santa rally here, lol.

My apologies for misquoting the dividend, but still, the institutional share holders hold 66% of the company's shares. The directors hold 0.6%. I guess the outcome will all depend on how they vote. I am afraid that small investors like us may have none or very little effect.

What, 19% of 0.975% is only 0.185% or about 0.6p, substantial?

If the change wil help to push the SP back up to 360-380 then that's substantial, lol

I only just bought in recently before it went ex-dividend, then top-up after ex-dividend. So, my dividend has been diluted to just 14.7p per share. My break even is 508, which means that dividend is 14.7p and capital loss is 31p. Hope that this is not a falling knife, hahaha

ATYM only pays 0.975% of dividend or 3.13 pence. The withholding Tax is only about half a penny, that's all. What is the big deal ? If the change will help to push the SP up then why not just let them do it?

So, that was the reason why VLX has been kicked out of the main market and joined the AIM then?

It's looking good again now over 320, but still a long back to year 2000's over £20!

Was there a share splits after that? Or did it drop all the way to the present level, I wonder. Does anyone know?
