So, the total number of shares of the company has gone up to 331million from 224million, an increase of just 107million, which means Ganfeng's 53.3 million were part of original placings not extra!!

But also seems kidding yourselves. That means the new shares you will receive that will cost you not 45p but the original prices of those shares you have sold. Unless it's for the purposes of the CGT. Otherwise, it makes no sense to me......Hahahaha!!!

No offense but the placings are new shares. I paid for mine but still haven't received the shares. It says today is the first day that the new shares will be admitted to the LSE and start trading. How can anyone sold them before hand?

One thing I don't understand. How can anyone sell the shares before they are allocated?? I meant before they have received them?

I thought the total new shares of the placing were 107million. That's about 50% of the existing 224million shares. Were the 53.3 million (28.8%), which GanFeng subscribed including or extra on top of the 107 million?

But anyway, GanFeng won't sell their 53.3million shares for just 1p of profits per share!! So are the other investors. Everyone who took up the offer surely wanted a lot more for their investment. Therefore there's absolutely no danger of those new shares being dumped on the first day of trading.

I guess very few will sell when they got the shares, since there isn't a lot of profits to take. The SP should hold at this level or probably will move up slowly from here. GLA

No, you got the wrong date. The ex-divi date will Feb18 and paid date in March.

Also, investors must bought one day before the ex-divi date to receive the dividend, not on ex-divi day, as the SP will start the day with the dividend deducted. Hope that this will help.

Computers judging buy and sell by mid-price. Buys below the mid-price would be labelled as sells and sells above the mid-price would be labelled as buys. As you should know that you often can buy a share below the mid-price. Vice versa, you can often sell a share above the mid-price. Therefore, the buys and sells on the LSE trade reports are often incorrect. You can ignore it.

Hi BTFATH1 mate, don't mean to offend but I think you got it all wrong. Ted is not an AIM. The shares are trading through SETS electronic order book, which is automatically priced, nothing to do with market mm's.

Tiny buys and sells are not real trades. They are either traders or MM's tricks trying to manipulate the SP. that's why all these tiny little trades were all at the very top prices or at the very bottom prices. Obviously, they just aim to push the SP up or drive the SP down. If you try a dummy trade with normal size after you have seen a tiny trade with the extreme SP then you will find that you would not get a price near to that. Simply they were SP manipulation!
