I was talking about the price of 113p. The FTSE100 was down nearly 2% but GSF closed up 2.73%!! and larger UT than usual also 3 huge after hour trades. That's very unusual indeed. Don't you think??

....maybe some wanted to get in before the big project completion announcement??

There were 7.4m UT and three big after hour trades @133p, 133p and 12.989p respectively. Does it mean there were big boys getting on board here, I wonder?

Hey Welsh, The share buyback is a limited program to counter the dilution caused by the convertible bonds using some cash raised from selling part of the towers, not using genuinely excess capital generated from operations to decrease the shareholder base. Therefore, it has not much effects on the share price I am afraid.

Yes, the best way to increase the SP is to reduce the debt but I don't think VOD is earning enough profit to do that. As the matter of fact, it even needs to borrow money to pay us the dividends too.

I was being labelled as a ramper and a clown on the GSF board because I said 'any news yet' more than once and predicted the SP's next trading range will be 109/110p when it was at 107.5p. Then I said the next target will 111p when it has reached 110p. I was furious and retaliated but I realized that I was partially to blame for the unpleasant situation there because of my hot temper. Therefore I ate the humble pie and apologized to everyone this morning......... hahahaha

Very well put amigo robleo. That's exactly what I would like to say too. Your money, your decision, no one will force you to buy or sell a share. So, never blame anyone for losing your money. Blame yourself. These bulletin boards are also called chat boards. We use them to chat and make friends not to advice each other to buy or sell shares. GSF is acquiring a 300 megawatts of assets in the UK, which are currently undergoing due diligence. Perhaps the BOD is waiting for that to complete then announce it at the same as the net assets value update and the dividend declaration. So, let's wait. It won't be long now.
