Yes robleo my friend, it's been a beautiful holiday weekend. Hope that you had a good time. I had a wonderful time in my garden. My strawberries got hell a lot of flowers and tiny fruits. Lawn is still green as the weather has been a bit wet and not a lot of sun shine recently.

We surely wanted to see M&G will stay strong, coming back to have another good day tomorrow and a good week. So good luck everyone.....

Hey gold5, no offense but why are you so worried about the take over gossip? It was the reason why M&G SP has gone up to this level. If not then it's probably still struggling at sub 220p now. Personally, I wouldn't mind if this take over talk will carry on and let the speculation take the share price to a even higher level. 30/40p capital growth is much better than wait another three or four months for just a 6p dividend............lol

It seems that TED has managed to grabbed a branch on its way falling down the cliff huh. Now it has temporarily stopped dropping. Hope that it can climb its way up from here......or else......lol

I wouldn't bet too much on a prolong fine weather for the weekend though since Monday will be a bank holiday. You know what I mean, don't you? But there's always a hope.

Hey CSDI my friend. So you got out of this last Friday? Well done!

Now this looks like a very familiar scenario to me. The past nightmares are back to haunt us once more. Can't understand what caused this horrible drop. IMB seems always behaves like this. I should have got out the day before it went ex-div if I knew that this would happen again but it's too late now. All my profit has gone. Will be back to red on Monday if it will continue to fall.......darn it......

Now you must be feeling relax as a bystander then huh? Well, you are now debt free. I am happy for you. Also hope that you will do better next time when you come back again one day......

Hi Krustysmegma, yes, let's hope it stays this way. Most importantly the SP of GSF has been as steady as a rock. The markets' volatility did no harm to it of late. And now, it is moving up slowly. Maybe we'll 110p in the very near future.

Total: 15.67p

Dividend for 2020:
Sept 30, 2020: 6p interim
April 28, 2021: 12.23p final
Total:18.23p

I believe the net assets value per share will be around 101p at most: 99.6(last update)+102(latest placing)/2. Total annual dividend of 7% of the net assets value would be still only 7p. Therefore the next dividend will be most likely just 1p. Same as last year but the yield is still 6.6% and on top of that there is a good chance to have a little capital growth this year as well.
