It's highly unusual - but what can escape into a public domain through various entities mediums and policies can be the difference between a valid confirmation coming from the paying signatory and the company then being able to announce.

With regards the 9% , that's the strangest RNS notification I've ever seen and hadnt read down the entire length, just caught the top section and not the dates, thinking - odd an increase so shoudlnt have closed it so hastily and scrolled further down.

Its always useful when pointing out negagtive or positive attributes if doing research then posting on the facts to post links to the source material so statements can be easliy validated. Were all responsible for our own research but if someone has been digging and unearthed material worthy of pointing out it makes much more sense to include the material and present the whole picuture and certainly gives boost to the honarouble character of the poster.

Apax / BC Partners / Ken Bidco / Valtech are all the same outfit in some complex layer cake of company arranagement unless I am wrong?

They have offered 110p / 120p now 130p and removed the final offer limit.

So who is the competitor bidder? Is there one?
