Guidfarr, it wasn't a comparison to SBDS it was a point about Retail who must get their votes in against if they don't want this to go ahead but to also use the power of the shareholder register access and to collate info from the data where challenges can be made.

If nobody has done so already - see my comments on requesting to see the company's shareholder register. SBDS have just landed in a similar situation.

I suggest some of you, meaning many swamp them with requests and get your heads around the data and act as a group if you spot any conflicts.

Oh, I forgot to add - push for getting the data set in a digital format. Do not be fobbed off - be persistent. An excel table is the result you want then get your AI buddy to analyse the data and the results of manipulation that companies want to hide suddenly are no longer hidden.

Vascular, easy way to find out is as a shareholder you can ask to see the share register and they must comply.

Rather than blather on about here, ask you chosen Ai buddy for the process and mechanism and it will even generate the letters/ emails for you.

Names will be revealed and any manipulation can be tracked. By doing this or many doing this you can then form a shareholder group to take on any corruption you may feel is present.

It's a powerful tool. Start using the shareholders register access and you may discover that you have a lot more power than voicing concerns on a message board.

Limited stock will not be limited when £850K of CLN's @ 10p are soon released. I will wait for the lower entry after a decent first trade and predictable pullback.

I chart and go off price action and volume, consider gaps and rumours, stories and expected news.

I wish you luck with your accumulation - I just think I can pick these up in a few weeks / months time considerably lower. I could equally be wrong. Markets are nuts are so are LSE punters. We are all made of different stuff.

The story is good: possibly great - but - we are in the story phase with zero tangible assets other than purported connections that could yield the required asset news that would drive the stock higher.

GEX conversely raised £1m through the issue of 20,000,000 new ordinary shares at a placing price of 5 pence per share & Broker Warrants 1,200,000 exercisable at 5 pence and expire five years from the date of Admission.

It's already churned 115m volume today and sat at 5.9p so a run up to 10p highly likely over the next week or two.

A bit late to the recognition of potential here and the rapid rise last week. Just catching up on events and news etc.

Noting some comments and questions flying about RED CAP now renamed Apertura are absent of any licences - is that correct?

The licensing requirements from the US Treasury Department OFAC would require General License’s 46b, 50a or 52 which would allow them to conduct oil infrastructure operations.

Are you able to comment further on this and shed any wisdom as you appear to be driving the bull case.

Would you be so kind and graceful to add a bit more detail with posts > The sector in the U.S. is not looking good. Expect a drop tomorrow.

There are newbies in here, the inexperienced, the eager, the job lot.

Help them with the bigger picture of what you're seeing. Point to and include links to tickers, sector tickers, names of stocks etc that may be suffering at the point of posting.

If the educated have done the work then give them something to check out and inform them - be helpful...

It's a forum, an exchange of information, shared thoughts, research et-al.

If you're spotting something you believe will have an adverse effect with a prediction - at the very least show your working s out.

It takes but a few minutes for those with knowledge to post something more substantial . What you've spotted and where - bring it to them.

If one is making a statement of expecting a drop - the workings out are the headline - not the statement.

Be encouraging and enlightening - its helpful and should ne encouraged...
