Latest reply from HL on Friday. Have sent on to Nomad.
Thank you for your message. I apologise for the delay in responding to you.
The information that is missing is the cost and charges data, this is not being provided to our third party provider, Broadridge, by Blue Star themselves.
Unfortunately, we are still having significant problems with Blue Star providing information to Broadridge to allow us to reopen the stock for purchases.
According to the factsheet for Blue Star, the company itself does not have any charges. However, to meet regulation, they still need to send cost and charges data even if its 0%.
Due to the company not having any charges, it looks like they haven’t produced any EMT data which is a template that needs to be filled in to meet the MIFID II regulatory requirement.
I'm afraid it could take some time to resolve this as one of our colleagues will need to speak individually with Blue Star and Broadridge to get the template filled in and add the data to the fact sheet.
I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however, I'm confident that you will understand this is out of our control.
If you have any other questions, please get back to me.
