They might not be able to sell the product name ‘blue cruise’ until after the hearing. It’s not switched on just now so I guess until that time we can’t RNS it, it took years until supercruise was announced. I’m hoping the mention of blue cruise and Ford F-150 + e mustang in an RNS would get some buying of our shares especially in America.

Will Magna ditch mobileye?
Do magna see the future as lvl2+ and recognises that driver monitoring is the way to go as do Qualcomm. Mobileye seem to be focussed on crash avoidance cameras and self driving cars.

They changed it from copilot 360 so what has blue got to do with anything? Hopefully not more holdups for us.

You can turn off the Subaru dms. BMW dms was turned off in the last thatcham test due to false positive/negatives seye dms. The problem is the new models with our tech are only watching when hands free is on, so it’s not really dms as the law is asking for

It’s always about money in the cheaper cars, that’s the issue. Hopefully our oem just add it to all models, I would guess it’s VW that’s the biggest problem as they have torque sensors already which suck

Well, they kept saying how they’ve developed the DMS and this is the 3rd generation, so that is irritating if it’s not theirs and it’s ours, why not be like Qualcomm and say it’s ours, it’s the best solution out there and it does what its supposed to so we’re installing it in all our cars to save lives?

Smart eye actually released that before us as a solution with omnivision to have conference calls in your car, then omnivision was touting the smallest most energy efficient dms solution available, which Colin said was witch craft or something like that on twitter, he was blown away, then the next day or two the RNS dropped they were licensing from us.
