I say that a CEO for a serious truck OEM will not take the risk to have 0 sales in EU Q3 2026 and be dependent on EU lobby to solve the issue.

I don’t understand why Seeing Machines didn’t develop a version of Guardian Generation 3 without connectivity, just targeting the EU truck market and the legislation. If the demand is that big that you say there must be a business case for this product.

Do you believe that a truck OEM that didn't source components to fulfil a legal requirement, will be granted an exemption by EU to sell trucks without camera based DMS?

Are there any car model with Seeing Machines DMS that have been tested by Euro NCAP, that shows that Seeing Machines is technology leader? Then there must be vehicles with Seeing Machines DMS that scores better in Euro NCAP tests than a Polestar 3.
