Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Company"), the advanced computer vision company focused on transport safety, announces a short update in respect of its Convertible Note refinancing process.

 

Further to its interim results on 27 March 2026, Seeing Machines confirms that it is in advanced discussions with a number of potential lenders and has received multiple term sheets for the purpose of refinancing its Convertible Note ahead of the stated maturity date of 4 October 2026. Subject to customary documentation being entered into, the Company expects to complete the refinance process well in advance of the stated maturity date.

I still don’t get it. Automotive contracts are typically signed about two years before the start of production, not after type approval.

I still don’t understand why you’re expecting an RNS now. If they’re implementing any hardware or software updates in their trucks at this stage, wouldn’t the sourcing and procurement have been done years ago?

Well, I doubt that Foxconn’s R&D department makes the patents they use easily searchable through Google.

In fact, I found your post here through a Google search, but I haven’t found any other source that makes the connection between this patent and Foxconn.

Doing your own research and trying to piece together the puzzle is great. Asking ChatGPT to find a connection between a patent and a car model and then posting the result here, however, is just a waste of everyone’s time.
