RichyRich1 dilution is justified when you produce more than the money you have raised. At 46p a dilution at 41p sent us down to 32p, then a further, cheap and nasty dilution at 25p sent us down to 19p. Again, if you raise cash and it is in the bank, the market should factor in this cash. They don't with the current management - they know it is "paddle our own canoe" fodder while the majors look on bemused and smiling. Note that our CEO pulled our pants down, bent us over, and parted our cheeks at 32p for the the institutions to get in at 25p - but while the SP hit 19.76p low it miraculously recovered after April 5th or so so that they are on average 5% in profit now. Easy money for them, long term damage for us. Don't tell me that couldn't have been done better.

Jim don't think for a minute I am on your side - your behaviour on here over the last few months has been disgusting. I know you are a genuine investor - completely luckless and a born loser, but a genuine investor nevertheless - but you threw your lot in with 98D7 and all those other non-invested scumbags like Bottomzup and a dozen others just because you were hurting at your own losses. How many people you goaded into selling out of fear I do not know, but i do remember when the bid hit 19.76p and there were you and your troll pals predicting 15p. Just for the sake of it. Just because you had lost money and you wanted other people to. You can't criticise the "I want to have Nicks babies" crowd on here because you are just as damaging. My opinions change when the facts change - poor results, dilution, jam tomorrow promises that come to nothing - you can't argue with these things. You grudgingly come to accept that people like Angry Geologist (who I dismissed as an idiot) kind of know what they are talking about, and adjust your optimism and sense of realism accordingly. No one can argue with the brutality of dilution - your loyalty is rewarded by getting shafted. Dilute me once, shame on you. Dilute me twice, shame on me. we live, we learn and relearn the old lessons of AIM companies. But to just continually say "this is going to 10p" to scare people, to try to get others into your losers club, to join with shorters like 98D7 or whoever is behind his profile just to cause havoc because you are hurting - that's low. There's justice in the fact that you will NEVER make money in sharedealing jim, because you will always panic sell on a rise and panic buy back in just before the drop. You moaned at 26p before Xmas then panic bought at 35p and it's been eating at you ever since. So don't look to me as a kindred spirit. You are a loser and a Jonah. Sorry.

Totally right jim, my ramping was shameful although it only came in short bursts - i forgot for a bit every lesson AIM had taught me. And this has NEVER stopped being an AIM share. Doesn't mean of course that you and your disgusting gang of trolls are right though. It just means that between you lot and the ultra-loyalists that polarise this board there are some of us with a realistic handle on the situation, few though we are. And there is money to be made in the churn.

Have been distracted lately, but for info I got out lock stock and barrel at 8.04am the next day following the last dilution (at about 28.89p) - "Nick has played a blinder here" ringing in my ears. got back in the morning of the MRE, got right back out again at a profit an hour later when it was clear it was a damp squib. Traded between 20p and 23p for months and then traded at 25p-26.8p since. Hold 57000 permanently just for luck in case of a takeover, but this is a traders share now, not an investment - and a damn good traders share too. A lot of broody hens sitting on china eggs here waiting for jam tomorrow and missing the golden opportunity of the daily swings. But in any PEST analysis the T (threat) here comes from the CEO - dilution, dilution and more diltuion to come. It's like crack cocaine to some CEOs - sitting on a pile of cash is a false sensse of secutirty and always interesting when the market attributes ZERO VALUE to the cash you are sitting on. No hope in hell of this getting above 30p again before takeover. Even if it reached the peak MCAP of one year ago, the sp would be 37p, not 46p due to Dilution Mather's handiwork - 20% dilution since this time last year. Trade trade trade - buy under 25.5p, sell at 26.5p. It's an absolute gift as long as you don't swallow the jam tomorrow narrative.

How about this; There was some iron, but not any of any grade or worth. There was no coltan. Tbat was a lie. There was no gold, at least none that could be got at in any economical sense. This all became obvious at the end of 2014. The rest is just disgusting and dishonourable, and shame on those responsible. And if you have a problem with my view do what you used to do - create a sockpuppet account to tell me how much your blood boils when you tead my posts.

Nice to hear from you Flanks glad to know you are doing well. The moral of the story is that private investors, no matter how informed, savvy and researched, can come off badly even in the best of shares - and this was definitely not one of the best.

HotPotato mate dont worry about tipping this to me, QPP and Sula were the biggest learning curves of my investing life and i have genuinely never looked back since. QPP of course is worth a movie and i was one of the biggest bulletin board morons defending it back then. Oddly enough there were two follow ups to that - the AFPO disaster where i got out at the right time with £62k profit because I had listened to Tom Winnifrith and CTAG where I knew right away it was a QPP Mark II car crash but there was a few grand to be made in the utter madness. Here though it was all just lies and delays and excuses and jam tomorrow from the start. Scum like stubbsy, CEO worshippers who would brook no criticism here, tales of lunch with Nick with winks and nods passed on, dilution after dilution, fantasies about coltan, sockpuppets popping up trying to silence me... The whole thing was rotten to the core and a scandal, one of the worst slow motion money trap quagmires i have seen on Aim. Why the Fca never took a look at this i dont know. Incidentally i noticed TW promoting this one a few months ago!!! Its a murky old world, very murky indeed.

A lot of long termers on here might remember a big investor called Flanks who posted here. When he got out, everyone should have got out. The game was up. There has been nothing but lies since and the cynical eeking out of a lifestyle AIM company of the worst kind.

MY21 youre a decent chap you really are. But why, why, why did you or anyone else with a brain put an extra penny into this company after the fantasy about coltan unravelled in 2914? You must have realised what you were dealing with then, what kind of people were taking your money? The whole Sula story is a dishonourable tragedy, stripping investors of their cash with every new wheeze and facelift and jam tomorrow promise - but the biggest tragedy is that it has gone on so long. The curtain should have come down on this farce long ago.

Royo, it's not as if you took advantage of the engineered rise from .1p to .7p - even I did. But I bet you kept on buying and buying. When does it stop? Seriously mate, when does it stop? I made twice as much on Afpo in a month than I lost on here in two years - and Afpo was a complete basket case. There are alternative investments you know. What loyalty do you really owe this share or the creatures who have sucked the investors dry?
