On the request of the FCA Amigo carried on lending to Key workers during the first lockdown and beyond. The FCA didn't stop us lending, it was GJ's decision last month (I think) as he wanted all resources focused meeting Claims Vreg and building the foundations
It is Amigo's decision when to start lending again

Just for clarity, GJ decided to stop lending to focus on building a solid foundation which he is doing
We don't a decision from FCA for this, what we need is clear defined rules so the CMC's can't get away with this again
