As you've said this will be a great story if they pull it off and we've had are fair share of derampers so we tend to jump to that conclusion
There's 150m put aside for complaints which are now hopefully under control
A great new team steering the ship with great turnaround pedigree and lots of FCA experience
Risk free no, but as you can see plenty here think the worst is behind us

I'm taking a slightly different approach
I will most likely leave my holding as they are and if bad news but ok (if you know what I mean) top up on the drop and if good news let it ride

Plus none of the current team have much skin in the game (Shares) so wouldn't walk away with much
If the team were all holding several million shares I may have a differant take but you'd have to be a little silly to join a company turn it around and not get the cream when you sell it

Another lockdown early next year wouldn't surprise me either
The xmas period will be too much of a temptation for people to be social if they can
If pubs, restaurants and shops are all open after 2nd Dec the virus will come back strong

That's more PR and marketing and may of been part of the deal, therefore they would of struck that deal before informing the market
For all we know and I'd be surprised if not the case, the new guys all got options as part of their package
