convenient given the upcoming tender offer. 20% on an SP of 5p gets you to a nice offer of 6p. Exactly the price that most of the buybacks have been. The cynic in me can't help thinking how well timed this all is... AIM same old same old... genuinely believed MMX was one of the good guys but its looking less and less true. question is how far does the SP fall between now and tender offer conditions are shared, 20% on a 5.25p SP gets you back to where we are now. I'm struggling to see the value in hanging around post tender offer. It quite literally appears to be waiting to be bought out which may never happen and even if it does it may not return sufficient amounts to justify the amount of time here with no return. Does feel like the BOD are playing the SHs. Feels to me if I stick around I'm really pinning all hopes on the SP rising because of reduction in available shares or simply waiting for a buyout. Not exactly promising...

And why would people be selling at this price with a tender offer around the corner ? Confusing morning.

Am I missing something here. A tender offer means selling your shares for that tender offer price. Correct..? Assuming this is correct most here bought way above the current price so this is not returning to shareholders is it? Its getting their shares cheap.. I'm hoping i have this wrong and the tender offer is more like a one off divi ?

well if anything has leaked it is certainly not anything to write home about given the usual slow trading here. What is clear given the recent spike is that very little volume can drive this very quickly. If we saw good news that traveled fast this could fly but I don't see any sight of that kind of event coming anytime soon. Hope I'm wrong however.

oh well doesn't look like there has been any leaked good surprises before the news... if anything looks to be the opposite... steady stream of sells

yes I averaged down in the 5s so mid 6s is now my average. did get a little bit out at 6.75 but should of halved my position really given the underwhelming performance here, but once again I fell for it thinking finally others are seeing the value..

I cant believe I didn't take the opportunity to get out of this on the recent spike... second time I've missed that chance. Keep thinking this will re-rate to a sensible price. School boy error

All those who bought on the 20% rise are now jumping ship because they see no follow through. What was that rise about in the first place. Cant even maintain a modest rise.

lets hope the reverse is true and we one day get a bit of news that generates many buys.

i just sold a 30k of shares.. no issues

some fairly chunky buys above 7p so Im surprised there is a drop below...

shame this didnt start on Monday morning to get a bit of a run on...

if the divi is sold as a one off that wont encourage new investors. Will need to look like its going to be an annual thing imo. Seems to me the last time the SP started climbing was off the back of the pending divi. then covid hit... Just my take on it.

Not a single comment on today's buy back RNS... fatigue or just the heat :)

The IIs do seem to sweep up any shares going and it makes me wonder what the end game is and whether there is a way we can be forced to take a low ball offer and lose out after waiting for a decent return. Assuming there is no underhanded game plan, it has to provide some confidence that value is still seen by the IIs and that we could yet get a return. I've been seriously debating cutting my losses here with so many other opportunities about but little crumbs like today make you wonder if holding longer is a safer bet...
