Anyone got any theories on the big sells\buys. They look like sells to me which i assume are accumulating and will be bought by the company buyback once the 105% rule is met. Assuming these are sells I wonder who's they are.

so the 4.7% recoverable diluted shares hadn't actually been diluted at all and was only on the basis of the targets being met. So not really a saving at all given the shares weren't actually diluted and the target to get the options in the first place would have seen our invetsments far better off at a fairly healthy SP and better mkcap anyway. thanks for the clarity.

Can someone tell me where the shares would have come from had these RSU and options been payable. The co website suggest 6m held in treasury and total issue of 908m shares in issue. So if 4.7% of share issue is saved does this mean that the 46million shares were held somewhere and are included in the 908m and therefore does this 46m need to be deducted from the 908m for mktcap calcs.. ? sorry I'm sure this obvious to others..

I have to agree I can't see the posts as intentional ramping or de-ramping... This is just his current view based on his most recent assessment however when any of us make assessments it will be swayed by our beliefs\wants\needs at any given time. I am a little surprised he would post so publicly such negative valuations on speculation when he has friends still holding. This may simply be because he doesn't genuinely believe he has any sway and the SP will do what it wants based on the company performance regardless of his comments or it comes from a this is business attitude and that we are all big boys that make our own decisions and those assessments are his alone so do with them what you will...

Your quite right that SJL has the most experience and knowledge amongst the group that posts here but everyone's opinion is driven by their own personal situation. It doesn't matter how pragmatic or honest you are, non of us are infallible when it comes to your psychology and making assessments and financial decisions. SJLs opinion less than a year ago (as a holder) was a share price of 11-12p approx, was completely reasonable and I don't recall a summary breakdown ever suggesting an SP of 3.5p ( I may be wrong but do not recall this) . Opinions change and circumstances change. It's not unreasonable to challenge someone's view regardless of who they are especially when there appears to be a fundamental shift in that view. How those challenges are worded on a forum is another matter, but when someone who is deemed to be quite influential publicly states the opposite of prior comments and these comments are negative the natural reaction is how this could be damaging to existing holders investments so challenges are natural.

yes it does potentially give someone the chance to offload which is slightly worrying but do we care given the shares will be cancelled so we get the same net affect.

Personally I like this RNS. Really happy about the 45m options cancelled. Feel the RNS is a confirmation of the trading update and puts to bed any other doubts about prior contracts and revenues. Buyback I feel is the right way to go given the current SP and makes me feel comfortable this isn't a basket case with more bad information to come. Good RNS imo and just has a more honest feel about it. Lets hope the market agrees.

I'd bite their hands off at 9p but i cant see it myself. Unless a potential suitor now feels they could get a true picture of genuine revenues and accounts etc I cant see why they would entertain it. We dont mention it very often but the types of tlds we hold has to be factor does it not. In todays world where perception of doing the right thing is so important do some of these big companies what the headlines of buying a co with a stable of less than ideal tlds. Maybe im being naive and all they will care about is the potential low cost bolt on revenue stream.... ?

threshold crossed yesterday so presumably that would be due to a purchase yesterday. Strange how the SP is still declining. Seems odd but as you say they are still buying which can only be a good sign while PIs are offloading.

Anyone can see this SP is ridiculous and a genuine bargain from here, hopefully we'll a sensible rebound soon.

Correct result in my eyes. Only interested in how this moves forward now. A little dissappointed on the tender offer deferment, but at least we can move forward with what is hopefully a more transparent approach to get us back on track.

agreed it's not rocket but unfortunately some people don’t posses the qualities of being honest enough to do the right thing if it means affecting their own self interest. That's certainly how it looks as a shareholder at the moment. Just hoping this gets cleared up and we are not in for more revelations.

personally the poultry amount of a dividend versus the losses Im sitting on make no sense and id rather they spend the money buying up the shares at these prices. This may at least stabilise the SP and bring the market cap back to something more sensible. Who knows, perhaps SJL you fancy some consultancy work and fancy cleaning up this fiasco of a company ?

it's been 14 working days since the contract RNS but I have to be honest when your bleeding money day after day it feels longer. Anyone have precedent of this kind of issue and how long the investigation took. At this rate we will be at 3p later next week.

surely they should of suspended this pending the outcome of the investigation. mkct cap of £37m is ridiculous

agreed, if IIs bail we are all fooked... but who would they sell too, its not like we have highly traded stock... they could only look for a buyout whch may benefit us all and allow us to get out of here..

Well we are going to hit the 3s soon. Sells at 4p now. If you look back to the RNS in 2016 with Tobys appointment I guess the writing was on the wall. Looking at his previous roles he never had anywhere near enough experience in this space. Im feeling quite foolish for not having seen this before and not following the smart money when SJL bailed. Not sure i can risk getting out now with such big losses sitting there.. catch 22
