All of them screen patients for hla status that is required for cohort 4 (to be able to compare to scib1 in the relevant population). These are then distributed to the 15 scib trial sites. So scancell saves some money because screening is now taken care of by NHS and hopefully it also means they recruit faster than their usual rate.

Modi does not even need to be there, from their perspective. The CVLP sites that they use for cohort 4 do screening to stratify the patients. Cohort 4 needs that to be able to compare activity per hla status between scib1 and iscib1. That's what CVLP does, it screens patients.

It does not exclude non personalised either but clearly not the focus. DNA vaccines can be personalised as well, by the way, it's just not the case here. Without modi included it is hard to see the significance of this "partnership". My best guess is someone important enough was interested to see the ID vs IM results.

It's just about cohort 4. It is disappointing modi is not included as well, so it looks like a one off. That's why the rise did not hold.

Clinical data are not exceptional, so far. On track (scib1 and modi) but without any major positive surprises at this point and iscib1+ is unknown.
