Well, sometimes it can help but structure and discipline are more important imho, I sold at 17p when I could have sold at 30p, but then again my cautiousness has spared me a lot of trouble overall, so I don't complain.

In my view, at these levels, given the 3rd party validation (and as a professional in this field, I can't stress how important it is), the funds at hand and the rational diversification, it is worth the risk so I bought 350K shares in the past few days and wishing myself good luck (always good to have) :)

100% IMO no one should never follow that mantra. Either you are confident and continue to take risk or sell and limit your losses if you think it's hopeless.

It is very necessary and it would have been a mistake not to issue it. It is a huge tailwind for the BD team to get other companies to sign.
