How are they going to develop it "in house" when the whole platform goes to GT? They clearly said they will need to develop sc134 to some extent before actually talking to partners because that increases the value and they are right. That means they take investors first in GT. It is the only reasonable conclusion from the presentation in my view. You are the one living in a dream world.

The investor one thing, the partner another. Assume a reasonable deal with a partner. Obviously you'll get upfront/milestones/royalty, what ever thar looks like, but the partner gets the bigger part of the pie. That's fine. That's the target. Now imagine before that happens an investor gets 50% of the company to allow scamcell to do some.early clinical trials themselves. This is what they said in the presentation, they can extract more value if they have already done some development themselves. Think scib1 style, except actual value. Scancell of course would have to agree, but guess what, THIS is the whole point of this company.

So, the investor gets X% of the company and then whatever the partners it would be -X%, since the investor owns X% of the company.

And by the way. What I just mentioned is the ONLY thing that is neat and clean with that company. Investors focusing on high value assets only. Everything else actually becomes more complicated and expensive with subsidiaries that actually reside in the same country (so nothing to do with taxes or exports)

Oh it's not a PR stunt for sure. It's just a way for new investors (and of course vulpes, redmile etc) to just put money in the good stuff. You are not in that group. That's your problem.

New investors come in, get part of the subsidiary.

The main topic of the RNS did not even make it to the title/headline of the RNS. That's how positive it is.

If you check the latest TD report, a company that does paid for marketing by stating objective (or passable as objective) facts and valuation of their clients.

In this report, they did not update their objective value estimation and did not even reiterate the older one. They just said "we previously used an rNPV model to derive the 32p valuation" (not verbatim)

All the payments go to newco, they owner of the IP.

Mp. That would be your best case scenario. Sell of rest of scancell and give existing shareholders the right to participate to the newco fundraise.

Objective series of events from the presentation.

First. All glymab IP and rights transfered to newco.

Second. Iscib1+ results.

Third. Investors in newco to develop at least one asset as this would increase the value of that asset and the platoform as a whole. Scanecell shareholders are diluted at this point. Hopefully just once.

There is more, but that would be predictions rather than a summary of what was actually said.
