The investor one thing, the partner another. Assume a reasonable deal with a partner. Obviously you'll get upfront/milestones/royalty, what ever thar looks like, but the partner gets the bigger part of the pie. That's fine. That's the target. Now imagine before that happens an investor gets 50% of the company to allow scamcell to do some.early clinical trials themselves. This is what they said in the presentation, they can extract more value if they have already done some development themselves. Think scib1 style, except actual value. Scancell of course would have to agree, but guess what, THIS is the whole point of this company.
So, the investor gets X% of the company and then whatever the partners it would be -X%, since the investor owns X% of the company.
