which was made on 30/12/15 but it has only been reported today (I think) 603,125 shares at a cost of £88,960. That is a very sizeable purchase and it gives me a great deal of confidence that things are now beginning to happen at Pinnacle.

good to have you back on the board. I'm one of the few LTHs who has been invested in Pinnacle for a number of years, certainly way before the share consolidation. It's good to see the SP moving upwards, even though I am still sat on paper loss. However, as previously posted, Pinnacle is now a different company which has started a new journey since the arrival of Messrs Scallan, Duckworth and Lyons + the MXC Cap investment. I hope some serious progress will be made in 2016.

There were at least two or three decent buys yesterday (one was £24,300) and another decent £18,680 buy today. 2016 will be a good year for Pinnacle as the combination of MXC Capital, Duckworth, Lyons and Nicholas S is a winning combination. Best wishes for Christmas and a Happy/Healthy/Rewarding 2016 to all Pinnacle shareholders. The journey for we LTHs has been very difficult, and at this price most LTHs will be sat on a paper loss. However roll the clock forward 12 months and the picture will be positively different.

Pinnacle's share price has never be as low 2p. From memory it has been below 6p, but now the Company is in a much better position under the relatively new CEO Nicholas Scanlon. Mr Scanlon has reorganised, MXC Capital is a major shareholder and the Company has a very experienced new Non Exec Director whose background is tech security. I am a long term holder of Pinnacle shares, standing on a paper loss BUT I am much more confident that the Company will continue to recover under the new leadership. 8p, IMHO, is a good entry point.

I have reread the Interims on Pinnacle's new very professional website. Under Business & Operational Review it says that Post 31/3/15 United Utilities have upgraded their existing services during May 2015 AND recent customer project wins INCLUDE Warner Music Group, Toyota (GB) plc, ACAS, Baxter Food Group and John Clark Motor Group. Does anybody know if the United Utilities Upgrade and the 5 new business project wins were due to the new Pinnacle contract benefits from the O2 contract?

Thank you for your posts. As a very long term holder of Pinnacle I think that the appointment of Simon Duckworth as a Non-Exec Director is very significant. Mr Duckworth has a wealth of "Security" experience and it would seem logical that he will develop the "anti threat" process for Pinnacle. Pinnacle has every chance, under the astute leadership of Nicholas S, to transform itself into a profitable Company in the next 18/24 months. At the moment the work in progress is encouraging, however there is a very good chance that Pinnacle will move forward successfully. Hopefully my patience will be rewarded!!!!

The Midas column in today's Mail on Sunday has written an article on MCX Capital and Pinnacle Technology is mentioned twice. The first mention confirms MCX Capital's investment in Pinnacle and the second mention says that the MCX Capital investment is brand new , but it is expected to generate substantial returns. MCX Capital appear to be wide awake and it would appear their presence and involvement will benefit Pinnacle.

It would not surprise me if these recent largish buys are related to the Interim announcement which is imminent. My guess is this coming Monday. Could be some encouraging news on the way. Scargs

An excellent article on Eckoh Technologies by Joanne Hart in the fonancial pages. Joanne has tipped the Company and in her opinion the SP has much further to go as it continues to grow.

Eckoh Technologies has announced a solid set of annual results this morning. The Company seems ambitious, well managed and has a bright future.
