Here is a snap shot of the above. 134% increase in the NAV, more than doubling from $10.8m to $25.3m. This represents, on a per share basis, a 38% increase from $7.33 to $10.11. The profit for this 12 month period up to 31/5/17 was $3,048,000 compared with a loss for the 12 months up to 31/5/16 of $1,014,000. As we all know the share price closed down at the bell yesterday!! I keep reminding myself that our major shareholders, including the Swedish gentleman, are on board. The court case decision is probably the next milestone in this journey. Has anybody got any ideas on how this share price will move forward? Scargs

Karina1 Thanks for the explanation, again much appreciated. It will all come out in the wash at some stage and it would be great if the verdict is in favour of CVR. A little more patience is required. I think the 12 month figures are due this week. I'm looking forward to reading them. Best, Scargs

Hope you are OK also. Yes, I get your point. Very strange that the October date is NOT a trial date. You would have thought that every single piece of evidence would have been submitted way before that date. Could the October date be the verdict date???

my understanding is that both sides are still submitting documentation, evidence and paperwork to the court so that once both parties go to court there is a relatively quick verdict. In other words the vast majority of the evidence has already been submitted and will be submitted prior to the court case. In theory this allows the verdict to be reached quickly as the Judge has already received and digested the background evidence.

to see the recent 1,000, 2,500 and 10,000 share purchases. I think some good news would see the share price react favourably. I have to say we LTHs deserve to see the share price move north.

howdlep You have posed a very good question that makes a lot of sense. AMED could take off with news that the rig has been bought and can be delivered. The icing on the cake would be further news that more rig orders have been secured. Anything over and above these two facts would be a real bonus.
