New investments beginning to be put in place.

I'm personally pleased that the official bid price finished at $9.50 at close of play Friday UP from $8.25 earlier in the week. I think we long term holders have to go with the flow, accept Mark Pajack's management style and continue to put your faith in his ability. CRV's Greek Hotel involvement came right out of the blue and the three latest investors @ 9.5%, 7.8% and 7.3% must have recognised the CRV potential. It's best not to worry about whether or not things should be RNSed. Let's keep calm and see what the next set of figures tell us about the Company's progress. Hopefully there will be updates on the Company's various investments attached to the latest financials.

Thanks for your quick response. Positive news would certainly help the share price. There are on going developments and progress is hopefully being made below the surface. Once these are declared then we should see some share price action.

Are you saying that Emma Burrows was down on the Tear Sheet @ 7% and that Amber Fortress s.a.l. have bought a further/already had 5517 shares to bring their holding up to 7.3%? I wonder if Amber Fortress holding will be RNSed shortly. And what about the Vidacos Nominees (9.5%) and Zhong Zhou United (HK) (7.8%). Should these be RNSed? A lot seems to be going on in the background and we really do need some news of developments.

thank you for confirming that Schroders have a stake in Adept4. This is encouraging. It would be great if Schroders could by some more shares and go over the magical 3%. This would trigger a RNS from the company and that would help the share price. This is a very different company compared with Pinnacle. Gavin Lyons is very capable, focused and he has implemented a clear strategy by a succession of acquisitions and disposals during 2016. Not to mention the change of name. Looking forward to the next chapter in the recovery story and I think it will make good reading.

how do you know Schroders are involved with Adept4? The list of holders on the Tear Sheet does not mention Schroders, but I would be delighted to know that Schroders own less than 3% of the company.

this morning. I think this morning's 1000 share purchase, in one transaction, is the first half decent BUY post consolidation. This BUY is equivalent to 734,000 old shares and has a value of circa £7,500/£8000. I hope the purchaser is an overseas buyer and I hope there are many more BUYS to follow.

The new Chinese language option on the enhanced company's website is a good spot TullyCrow. It makes you think that there has to be a Chinese connection. Yet another piece of the jigsaw has been put in place. Looking forward to some more positive announcements.

Steve1848 Thanks for your reply. Yes, we need some news. A placement/s at 1.25p old money, the up to $150 million investment and news of the investments in Angola, Nigeria and Argentina. Richardo has suggested that news announcements may be made in September, after the holiday season. This could be the case and time will tell.

I can confirm, after emailing SI Capital, that the intention is to mail the prospectus to Craven House Capital shareholders prior to the General Meeting which is being held this coming Wednesday 20/7.

I have every intention of attending the above and I look forward to seeing Karina again and I also look forward to meeting Mrs Karina and RICHARDO for the first time. Good news again this morning. I very much like that Mark Pajack has got away two separate placings both @ 1.25p in a short period of time, PLUS the 3 incorporations (Nigeria, Angola and Argentina) PLUS still talking to other potential investors re further placings at a premium price PLUS currently evaluating various deals. PLUS Desmond's + GEM's monies. Things surely hotting up. Keep the faith. Mark P is certainly moving CRV in the right direction. . .

Today's announcement regarding the completed incorporation of three new subsidiaries in Angola, Argentina and Nigeria certainly came out of the blue and no doubt deals will be done in "these jurisdictions" in the coming months. This is very positive. We still have to be told who has bought the outstanding 152,805,511 shares at 1.25p (£1,910,069) from the recent placing. AND ongoing discussions with additional prospective investors with regard to making investments in the Company via further subscriptions for new shares appear still to be happening. Exciting times ahead for CRV. I reckon we know who owns circa 70% of the enlarged 1,082,952,620 issued shares and nobody will be selling!!!! Looking forward to more RNSs. As previously stated on this LSE board we must put our faith in Mark Pajack to bring home the bacon!!!1

The bottom line re Mark Pajak is that you must trust him to deliver the transformational deal. Very easy to say, however momentum is building. Scargs

is putting together a CRV master plan which consists of a number of interlinked jigsaw pieces. Mark is CRV and we LTHs must continue to put our faith in his strategy to delivery the promised transformational share holder value. Mark is the man and we must trust his ability. We will find out where the outstanding 152,805,511 shares have been placed at 1.25p (£1,910,069) and this will put a few more building blocks into place. It seems to me that the master plan is gathering momentum and we should applaud Mark for his efforts. Mark has is own management style, which can be frustrating, however once everything falls into place all of us, including Mark Pajak, will be very happy.

GEM has entered an agreement which allows them to BUY up to £30,000,000 worth of Craven House Capital shares. That sort of money would provide CRV with some serious fire power. It will be really interesting to know who has subscribed for the balance of the 152,805,511 shares @1.25p each (£1,910,069). It could be one OR more than one investor (Fund/Institution/Company). Roll on the announcement.
