PatShare, I agree with your post timed at 11.09 this morning. The approval of the recent proposed share issues at the forthcoming General Meeting will kick start the Kefi share price to go UP. The approval will mean that all the funding is in place and the share price will appreciate.

I take it that if the successful claim is 47p a share then Emmerson, out of the 47p a shars, will have to deal with the exchange rate, pay BSF and pay the Emmerson Directors their 6% win fee.

What will be left per share for the Emmerson shareholders?

Your point about the actual drawdowns being release and received by Kefi is very valid. Hopefully shareholder approvals, for all areas of funding, are granted in November. If this is the case, do you expect the start of the drawdowns to be received by Kefi by the end of 2025?

EML should issue a RNS this coming Monday morning clarifying that The National Investment Commission is not responsible for the ESIA Approval if this is the case.

My understanding is that the granting/refusal of the ESIA Permit Approval will be decided by The Commission Ministerielle de Pilotage.

Today's posts are decisions made by The National Investment Commission.

Are these currently 2 different authorities OR is The Commission Ministeriellede Pilotage now part of The National Investment Commission ?

There has been a suggestion that there could have been a Moroccan Government Ministerial Meeting last Thursday the 21st December.

Have any Emmerson regulars found confirmation of this meeting ?

If a meeting took place the Emmerson ESIA permit application may well have been on the agenda and a decision may have been made.

I'm not good on the technical side of things HOWEVER I am delighted to know there is a flare.
