...enjoyed reading through them all.
However, it does seem that it is the possibility of a big pay out in awards which is the prime investing motive for a lot of people, at this time of writing of course, not the tech itself; although I concede, that for the greater majority of you this was not your initial reason for investing: lots of really good science here that deserves to be supported and invested in. I can understand why you were attracted to it in the first place. A worthwhile investment, in my honest opinion, that deserves a chance to show what it can do. There are far worse things to invest in that is for sure.
As for the on going case against Samsung?
Definitely would not be holding my breathe here...not unless you can hold it for a very long time that is. Samsung is unlikely to come to some settlement with Nanoco...however favourably the Markman hearing might go regarding Nanoco's contentions.
I am willing to take a long term punt here based on what I have read about the company and its innovative ideas...all very appealing I have to say.
As for the Samsung case? Not even in my way of thinking. Thats a long way down the road...unless the Judge advises there is no point in Nanoco continuing. Then it is just a total non-starter.
Best just invest in the tech. To do otherwise, and end up being bitterly disappointed as the s,p retreats below 10p, might result in a very costly investment that could take a considerable amount of time to capitalize on.
Just a thought.
