D200 I guess Its more a reflection on the fortunes of the two companies in the period of exactly one year. On Oct 16 2024 the mcap for CMET 12.27m and for Sheffield £60m If the deal with Sheffield had gone ahead with them controlling 50% I feel CMET would be in a much different place currently and gone down a diff funding path. There seems to be huge operational pressure on Sheffield currently. The fact that Sheffield-even with their troubles still want to retain 10% of CMET and not cash out is "very" positive for CMET i.m.o. As to valuation I see CMET continuing to slowly climb upwards bar the usual profit taking drops.

Yeah its hardly worth the hassle with these retail offers tbh you get a very small reduced amount if you're lucky and quite often the SP drops down to close to same value. however I dont think its going to do quite that here.

Last time I tried to buy shares in a retail offer with my broker - IBKR they didn't do it so dont think I'll bother even trying again. chances are it wont be fully subscribed for with the main reason being that the brokers simply wont let it happen

anyone selling to take profit is grand for them but they may only get the one opportunity. If they really like what the companys about and fancy the chances of multibag,possibly better to ride it out,get to 4 x Invest.(e.g.), sell off 25% and you're then sitting on a free ride whilst still holding a substantial amount of shares and with the profits reinvest elsewhere to spread risk - all I.M.O. currently riding free😎

How is the date of offer to retail inv determined. i.e. Can the bod decide to offer terms at their discretion- say anyone holding shares on a chosen date e.g. the 1.1.25 or is it a stipulation that it must be on date of announcement of the offer
