In the Equity Capital Raising & Loan Developments Presentation (see slide 25) released to ASX on 30 July 2025, Syrah

noted that it had received a notice from Tesla alleging that it had defaulted on an obligation under the Offtake Agreement

to provide conforming AAM samples from Vidalia (“Notice”). The Notice required that Syrah cure the alleged default by 16

September 2025 (“Cure Date”) otherwise the Offtake Agreement may be terminated.

While Syrah does not accept it is in default under the Offtake Agreement, the parties have extended the Cure Date to 15

November 2025 and are closely collaborating to cure the alleged default.

Tesla may terminate the Offtake Agreement if final qualification of Vidalia AAM is not achieved by 9 February 20262

Perhaps permits and archeol. survey need to be actually "In" in order for the offtakers legal reps diligence to allow contract signing.

Whats the problem with investing across three to four graphite companies to spread risk. its not a football team being followed.

Mining for graphite in a non-mining country that is landlocked 1k miles from port with only a developing infrastructure; inexperienced workforce and with a sovereign credit rating of non investment grade; makes me want to see "exceptional" not the same as whats out there.

Was hoping to see slightly better+ tcg throughout as it forms the backbone of the JORC. Too much of an echo chamber now around this share for me and rampers whipping up a frenzy who know didly squat. If you remove MR from the equation and he wasnt involved would investors feel the same about the company. However I do hope to buy a few more if I can free up some funds.

So no 1 being they are still disputing the already given decision on the ability of the court re jurisdiction. if its this then theyre simply trying to get out of the ICSISD proceedings in its Entirety and get in front of a mexican court instead

A resolution agreement would make sense regarding the ICSID

Lifting by World Bank and IFC side wing is great news. My biggest concern has always been UGA Gov. being able to deliver on their side. things shaping up very nice with great grades.... pity the IFC will only be investing in mining of state & private partnerships?
