From the RNS 7th March 25 that declared Cinovec as a strategic Mineral under the CRMA process ,my take on it is that as Tin is not considered a strategic mineral and perhaps has been omitted deliberately so as not to prevent any delays or obstacles to the "enhaced permitting process".
