Can hope for some news ahead of trading update but otherwise let’s hope the FCF positive continues and we see a good update around Jan time.

With the level of green boxes I’m seeing, looks like the FUD team are at it. Must have been frustrating to see it rally up last week ;-)

As always, easier to take a break from the board/filters and just await the latest actual news. The latest RNS news I heard was the FCF positive in the trading statement? And no news has been published since? Apart from the press re some broker upgrades which are not worth paying attention to either way for me, and general nutrition news that seems to be forever expanding.

Everything else on this board is just noise.

Crikey, it’s become quite whiny on here.

There’s me thinking the last update was quite solid, FCF positive ahead of time, nutrition on a roll and all I can see is a load of negative posts about a linked in comment. Wouldn’t mind if the comments brought anything new to the table, but it’s the same repetitive thing. Nothing like giving the MM’s a reason to mark the SP down. Unless trying to get in on the cheap for Xmas.

I’ll remain positive as we move through the Q4 trading period and see how it plays out. Thought last week was a good recovery week for the SP in the current macro.

Cong. Like me, I suspect a lot just got fed up with the advfn style posters appearing on this BB so are just sitting in background waiting for news rather than debating with the brick walls on here.

Seems positive this week in terms of SP and the interest/inflation macros, but long way to go.

Also if the world could find some peace will help, although holding shares in a defence company suits me in that aspect. Not that I condone war of course.

Plenty nutrition still happening and noticed some linked in updates, but posting on here prob not worth it at mo, and just await some RNS news

I’ll be pessimistic at £1.10 as I don’t think the recent nutrition efforts have been reflected in the SP as yet ;-)

Can’t get excited about broker recommendations as probably just set to suit their own agenda. I’ll take any positivity obviously but the brokers for me are just running joke.

Good to see some positive SP movement in the current market though.

I await the big news…..surely something in nutrition capital event wise with all the effort that has gone into it recently.

Been nice to take a break from this board :-) too much advfn style posters appearing specially couple weeks ago when it seemed to go into advfn style meltdown.

Anyways, that press re THG downer is exact reason I’ve given up reading some of the press and fud posts on here. The council downgrade has absolutely f all to do with THG yet the press tried to ‘turn’ it into something negative.

Thought the update and MM briefing was decent and FCF positive ahead of schedule:-)……. still remaining very positive but acknowledging there’s still more to do, but in the right direction I feel with my optimistic view.

Q4 trading ought to be decent, and all this without any capital events that we know of as yet. There will be one am sure but again that’s just IMO

Markets generally for me are only reason we’re not of a higher SP

Let’s hope the world calms down (along with this board) and the genuine holders get their just rewards.

Yorek. Fine with activist investors attempting to influence the outcomes. But just need to ensure it’s at a fair price and not for a quick buck, as we’ve already seen with Kelso who will buy loudly but sell quietly to suit them, them announce down the line when they’ve made a quick buck. Fairlplay that they’ve retained some, but the noise of activists is still quite self serving at the end of the day. Specially when it comes to shares
