Am of the same mindset Annacott, but then I’m generally positive about this anyway.

Also the fact FCF positive ahead of time, and the building of ingenuity with everything else being integrated simply takes time and that time is coming.

Coupled with the likely pressures now to break the group, either way it’s all positive in my eyes. Did like the Biossance deal as well :-)

Still have my own thoughts re Kelso, I get their sentiment even though it’s only what has already been said by many. Let’s see if Kelso hold onto their shares in THG this time when they rise about £1 and have the conviction to see it through to what they see as fair value.

GLA, it’s all become interesting and am sure fair value will out at some point. Jan update is the biggy for me.

Love the deal. Can’t deny THG is likely to have overpaid in the past but this time, in my view they’ve truly underpaid for this.

Market hasn’t priced this in yet, only so long they can ignore it IMHO before they price it in along with another door opened into the US.

It could be that they’ve bid and won as we already know through court documents, but maybe it’s not all been settled/paid for yet at which point they’ll be more upfront with the news?

Could be several reasons, but what we do know is, with all this talk about facts, FCF is positive per last results, nutrition has been expanding and he’s been indirectly investing in THG through Kelso. There is no actual negative news to speak of, so it’s a case of waiting for the news. Pretty chilled about it, SP keeps knocking on door of 80p, my mere opinion is that it will fly through it soon and for the right reasons rather than a cheap bid etc, but more on fundamentals.

It helped that moany popped back up mid week and help the SP recover to be up on the week :-)

Could do with moany and his ‘deluded one’ rants starting in earnest Monday then we can have an even better week and get that 80p taken….

End of the day, I just think he’s playing the game cos he can….
