I’m fortunate I’m not under water, and maybe I have the patience of a saint when it comes to shares. Certainly no patience on other aspects of life! No nerves struck here, just a lack of patience with negative posts and new aliases popping up here and there. Also the clear day traders who switch sides accordingly.

But for me, I can’t see too many benefits in repeating the same criticism wherever is directed.

As sure and can be sure on here. Hardly any comments as the SP went up early today, then sure as can be, on the drop the negative posters pop up. Becoming the next ADVFN on here I can see.

I remain positive but then my position is pretty good so no complaints from me since the SP recovery from last October. I can’t grumble at 50% since then. But I realise many on here may be underwater if in from IPO etc

Whilst a capital event is still possible for quick gains, then some are just playing the waiting game.

Sure, many things could be done better. But that’s what happens when investing in these ‘growth’ companies.

Otherwise should stick to nice dividend stocks or robust FTSE 100 stocks, which is where my other money is. This one is merely my punt which I still feel is worth sticking with.

GLA and end of the day, for all MM’s ‘uniqueness’ shall we say, he’ll be wanting to deliver himself personally I’m sure. Can only wait and see, but if time isn’t on your side then plenty other stocks

I can see you've twisted my response to mean something else rather than my actual answer to your question. Something many creative accountants or analysts can do easily without thinking ;-)

Your initial statement was about MM not being able to pull a deal off, and my response was about the fact he already has. You've then decided to turn my response and indeed your own statement to mean, what was in it for shareholders? My response was an answer to whether he'd pulled any deals off, not whom they benefit. But again, lets not let facts get in the way of a good story. And if you want to know who the deals benefitted etc, then maybe that should have been your question in the first place.

Hence the reason i don't respond to many of your posts or anymore going forward.

Anyways, i remain positive (and still well in profit, your welcome to read my history to see my average SP), not ramping or de-ramping, just positive otherwise I wouldn't be invested. GLA anyway

Interesting. Lot of footfall on Moseley st going towards Piccadilly and all the trams going up and down there so should catch a few glances.

Will pop in once opened as spend enough time in mcr.

the supermarkets have taken greedflation to town for the last 6/12 months to boost their coffers and declare record profits, to then turn around and claim they're protecting their customers. ****** in my view. they should have been doing this 12 months ago.

anyways, fed up of reading about kelso on here, they are simply a very small investor who make a lot of noise, albeit the right noise’s but again obvious ones that have already been said on here. they’ve diversified which is what any savvy ‘investment firm should do, and are very much choosing when to rns their buys/sells.

gla, i’ll remain patient, see what oct update says and take it from there. be good to see the property sale completed though to see what mm then does with the proceeds.

I just see it as a rise overall for the week so far :-) but that’s the optimist in me as always. Too many twitchers on here for the daily moves, unless day trading.

Lots of chat about Kelso, end of the day they were just a small but noisy shareholder, who wanted to make a return on their investment. End of the day, they didn’t really say anything in terms of what THG could do except pretty much what is already said on this board.

Also a set of shrewd businessmen who will not want to be exposed to just one business. Anyone here should also take heed to that approach if. Or already ;-) Hence taking some profit when they can and well done.

Remaining positive and maybe move the chat away from Kelso and back to THG?
