GreenRoc now on the EU radar after presentation on Amitsoq at the Greenland Business Mission. Watch the interview here.
Crikey, plenty panicking already on here. What happened to new year positivity!
MM’s just playing games here with the SP prob triggering any weak stops. Nothing negative has been reported and update to come very soon which I’m looking forward to, then can make judgements based on that. For now though, those with cheap stops will be getting taken out which is a shame.
Be interesting to see all the new MYP product lines being released
GLA as always for 2024
Good to see OSG
In the words of Del Boy, this time next year we’ll be millionaires.
Pretty confident for 2024…….Jan update will be key this time. Although all updates are key, feel like this one has no excuses/surprises :-)
GLA
The move to a premium listing should be something to look forward to. Am not sure it is, with pension funds just simply not interested and who can blame them. Even now the FTSE is stalling with a fantastic macro change.
For me THG just simply needs to go overseas or taken back into private hands. LSE premium listing clearly not going to be the big change we need.
For me THG has been doing the right things this year and previous, and whilst circa 85% up to date, noting this was only because it got battered so much, it is still vastly undervalued and the LSE continues to do this to many companies as we know and have seen.
For some reason, apart from the city lining its pockets, it simply doesn’t want to recognise future growth. Of course results matter, but then so does building for the future which takes time and money.
Can see MM/THG coming out with a statement asking the question re premium and why bother with it.
Wordy rant over…..GLA as always, the value is there imho
“Ok, to add balance, THG is up 66% this year.”
Love a bit of balance ;-)
Is it enough though considering the underlying value? Subjective to some I know :-)
But it does paint an overall picture of LSE through. Even rolls Royce is up a couple hundred % but it still doesn’t make it right.
Anyways GLA
And we wonder why the LSE is doomed never mind how much MM so frustrated with it, and quite rightly in my view.
If I read it rightly, Dow up circa 13% this year, Nasdaq up circa 50% this year!! Then the doomed FTSE and Small caps both flat for the year. No wonder pension funds avoid like the plague amongst others.
Here’s hoping to a delisting/MBO in 2024 to anywhere but the FTSE, not even worth going to premium in my view.
GLA
Agree OSG, Kelso had their price for some when it went above the magic £1. I certainly don’t buy that Kelso are in for the ‘long’ game or to realise the true value, whatever that is
The value will out here eventually. Just a long game with the LSE though Jan will trigger a decent SP move one way or another
GLA
Remaining positive unlike some on this board.
89p at worst or 95p+ if it gets through 90p easy enough. Over 100% rise on the year.
Would rather see the Jan update come through and beat all forecasts, then for SP to go to much higher levels before the likes of Kelso are making a quick buck on a capital event. MM hasn’t been perfect by all means but I genuinely think he’s got the confidence to get the SP to much higher levels before succumbing/listening to any offers. Just because the SP isn’t there today, doesn’t mean the SP shouldn’t be higher based on future prospects. FCF positive already, and certainly looks like plenty has been going on with recent acquisitions and nutrition expansion which for me the market hasn’t priced in (but no surprises there)
All IMO and GLA as always :-)
Sheesh. So Bailey update finished and as pessimistic as ever not taking into account the obvious fact (that we all know) that the rates are already having a massive effect and continuing to do so. It’s this overkill that will start the recession which will then take longer to recover. He started the int rates rises to late and now taking to long to consider the reverse.
Least we can further enjoy the THG ride and hopefully the future delisting and death of LSE alongside
Merry Xmas :-)
GLA
Yorek….and who knows? Certainly no one on here. Though many claim to or make statements to that effect.
Surprised at the level of comments around the chair etc when in terms of trying to be positive, the SP is up circa 75% this year, 20% over last month, FCF positive ahead of time, cracking Biossance buy IMO, a likely positive update in Jan based on what we’ve seen generally around nutrition, recent spending trends etc
Then there’s the noise from Kelso and II support albeit small, but will see how that plays out.
GLA and circa 4 weeks ish to the Jan update
Ahhhh good old bitter numis who had fees withheld due to their poor service.
Strange the timing of this article as the SP is gaining some momentum. Don’t worrry Numis, you’ll not be involved in any other future THG activities when get happen.
GLA…..had to pause at some point. Just 4 weeks to the Jan update :-)

And long may it continue till London gets it a&& in gear with its so called reforms. Prob not going to happen though
GLA
Am of the same mindset Annacott, but then I’m generally positive about this anyway.
Also the fact FCF positive ahead of time, and the building of ingenuity with everything else being integrated simply takes time and that time is coming.
Coupled with the likely pressures now to break the group, either way it’s all positive in my eyes. Did like the Biossance deal as well :-)
GLA as always. See how this week plays out
