Yep , I remember having a good top up at 2.5p in March 2020 , when it was sinking like a stone ( along with everything else) .
Sometimes , you just get an opportunity like that .
Today feels the same .
Had a pile at 10.39p . What a bargain .
More than fully loaded here , but I'd rather throw money in at 10p than 36p .

Like so many bio tech companies , the SP will only deliver when they reveal something concrete .
Hints at potential make good reading , but that's all they are .
So until then we sit on the launchpad .

One thing I did ponder on this morning , is the soluble Clever1 data .
We know they have been gathering data on this through increased frequency dosing for over a year now .
I may need to try and get my head around whether this new Bexmab trial is targeting soluble Clever1 essentially , what with Leukemia being a blood cancer .
If so , it would be foolhardy to set out and get Bexmab running , if they had discovered that Bex couldn't reduce soluble clever1 effectively ( remember at 3 week dosing gaps , soluble clever1 levels were reduced but bounced back again . 2 or 3 weekly dosing was designed to keep the lid on it )
Thats just my opinion - I may have it all wrong , but my gut says the excitement and confidence the Faron team have shown about Bexmab says alot .
The trial site page doesn't show dosing frequency yet . Dosing escalation will be part of the trial also .
It shows dose of 25mg/kg which is at the top end of what has been trialed on Matins .
The NIH trial page will be interesting to see what frequency and dosing they are going for .

Also see that the Matins trial has had some tweaks as of 25th May .
The trial originally had 4 Primary Outcome Measures .
It now has only 3 .
The measure of Clever1 positivity in the tumour itself has been removed ..

So that leaves us with :
1.Toxicity issues with dosing
2.Adverse events
3.Objective response rate (ORR) - ie tumour size change

Quite what this means I don't know .

Yes I think that pushing it below 10p may take a lot more effort . Not saying it can't be done , but I will be there waiting with cash as will hundreds of others .

Yes it was a really great interview - very relaxed and flowing - very natural . You put him at ease , and definitely teased a bit more out of him than other interviews . You could be the new ' Wogan ' lol .
Would be great to have a regular meet up with him every few months like this - to chew over the main topics at the time .
Really good for shareholder morale , and I think it fits very nicely with the general team spirit that binds the GGP investors together .
If we all think he's great when all the SP has done since he joined is slide down , imagine how popular the geezer will be if the SP ever goes up haha . Keep it up mate - looking forward to part 2

He finished off by saying they were in talks with the multiplatform trials , but also with Industry regarding partnering , using the data that they have from all trials and lab studies . Well financed and in a good position for these talks .

Slide shows 110 patients on both drug and placebo with Activ2 - and says that they were excited enough with the data to progress it to P3 ( although now paused) .
Yet to see results - coming this summer .
He is in good form - running through Sprinter now .

I have totally detached myself from worrying about the SP for now . Luckily for me , I have funds that I am sporadically moving in here , so it has allowed me some nice top ups .
The asymmetrical nature of the risk reward here , really does make this the safest investment in shares that I currently have .

I'm here to see justice , not just a few quid.

Yep , I'm holding more shares now than I ever have .
SP wise we are still on the bottom rung of the ladder again .
Yes , we could drop off that rung , but I don't think we will , and there is a lot that could move us up a few rungs .

Latest interview regarding Bexmab and upcoming lung cancer trial

So Bexmab starting in 5 sites in Finland , but then quickly expanding into both Europe and US . They have done their best to streamline the data coming from these patients so they will know asap how it's going . Very excited and confident .
Also the PD1 Lung camcer combi trial in US sites - expected to start as he said in H1 - and again - very excited as at last Bex will get to be used on patients as SOC , at an early stage , rather than with refractory patients at the end of the line with obviously compromised immune systems .
So two trials with Bex being given early to patients - potential to show even better results than before ?

Also noted a new interview on website with Dr Jonathan Knowles - giving a nice insight to why he sees Faron and Bex as being the spearhead of a new 'targeted' precision treatment for cancers .
