RE: RedEye initiating coverage20 Apr 2022 21:54
Cov , if you look at other small pharma companies , you'll see that the market often doesn't wait for commercialisation to rerate the SP . Sentiment , increased interest and speculation can catapult a share price well above its expected target price well before it is actually realised .
Take AVCT for example . Hardly sold a Covid test , yet the SP sky rocketed on sentiment and future potential . Obviously it can also crash back down to earth just as fast ( as it did ). 4D Pharma also , again , rose hugely , just on speculation . AVCT risen again this month on therapy hopes . Doubled in a few weeks . Still in Phase I , but speculation and interest has pushed the SP up .
With both of those shares , an investor could have bought , waited a bit , and sold , made great money , without either company even getting a drug to market .
Faron has a very small free float in percentage terms . Lots of sticky hands . Not many traders .
We just don't have that speculation of interest yet to put pressure on the SP .
But the catalyst that starts us moving could land any day .
If things go to plan , by the time Faron makes a Big Pharma deal with Bex , we will have had a lot more news regarding trials , US set up , possible Wall st listing ,dosing , soluble clever 1 , financing , Traumakine and probably Haematokine .
You may have a chance to exit with profit before 2 years are up .
Mind you , you may not too . Nothing in life is certain .
This Red Eye report is on one hand a bit dour and dull .
On the other hand , its something that II's like to look at , and justify investments .
The fact that this has even been produced , is a signal that Faron is being weighed up as a contender .
We have never had a broker target for Bex . This is as close as we have now to a first stab at putting a valuation on it .
Don't worry too much about the timelines , nothing is that predicatble .
