Enjoying the rise back to towards true value .
Buying a pile at 52p was a good move , although I also bought loads at £1.40 and over £2 too .
Just about even now , and can hopefully sit back and enjoy watching this share blossom .

Regarding study of 30 patients from the three most responsive cancer groups-
Used together IFNg and TNFa performed well to identify patients that are responsive to bexmarilimab (AUC 0.83, P < 0.0001).
Conclusion: Bexmarilimab works well in patients with low IFNg and TNFa levels, which is opposite to what is usually seen with checkpoint inhibitors and other T cell activating agents.

And another one . £95k at £2.25 just popped up .
If that had been worked on for a while , obviously a buy too .

Should get RNS in the morning with the abstract . It will include more detailed analysis of the biomarker data apparently .
Very tight spread again today . Bought some for £2.27 , and could sell for that at the end of the day .
£68k buy just popped up too after hours at £2.28 ( not me )
Odd day , we were up about 4% yet Nas was down 4% .

Anyway , it's only biomarker data , but like M&S puddings , this isn't just any old biomarker data . This is 91% predictive biomarker data for a universal immune system stimulator that can be licensed to many pharma companies for huge amounts of money .
Hopefully it should stand out as one of the highlights of that session .

Had a nice healthy top up today .
Seems like all the conditions for Gold are coming together .
Even if they keep trying to keep a lid on this SP , all the external factors will eventually have to budge this behemoth .
13p is a bargain for what GGP already have , let alone what they will be finding with the drill bit through the next few years .

The last time this share was at £2.28 was the 8th January 2021 - and only very briefly as it got squashed down before a rise to over £4 ( and during a week when there was no RNS news of note ).
Previous to that the lowest push down was to £2.45 , in 2020 , before a rise to over £5 .

Faron are in a much better position now , with the science , the data , the team , and the financials .

Makes me think that the next rerate ( whenever it comes ) , will be a lot bigger .

Added a few more here , as the rerates seem to come out of the blue , and if you're not around when it starts moving , you don't get much chance to hop on board .

Maybe someone has a hunch that the poster presentation tomorrow at AAC in New Orleans might have some new good stuff in it?

A CEO buying shares on the open market is always welcome , and the more honest way to do it ( rather than via discounted placings for example )
Interesting that it was done over 149 transactions ( all very small amounts ) . Almost as if his broker had to buy them in dribs and drabs over the period , as any large purchase would have needed a higher SP to acquire them .

I wish I had a spare £60k to add in here .

To be fair he's already got over 2 million shares , and his family own over 6% of the company , which he has not sold off any of , even on the high points . Only his daughter sold a few last year ( 30k)
So £60,000 odd worth still a nice gesture .
Like Chris says , may be less opportunities to buy in again for BOD over the coming quarters .
He's got loads of shares , doesn't need to make a gesture .
Shows confidence , and a clear signal that this is still a great investment.
He wants to see a return on that money too , as we all do .

They RNS'd it , but they haven't updated their calendar .
I'd almost forgotten about it - but this is a high profile big event in the USA .
Faron should be ramping this sort of activity .

Their biomarker data is 'very' robust . I think Markku said soomething along the lines that he hadn't seen another biomarker data set as strong as this for any other immunoncology therapy .
So it should be quite a headline grabber .

An analysis of biomarker data from patients treated with bexmarilimab as part of the ongoing phase I/II MATINS (Macrophage Antibody to Inhibit Immune Suppression) trial, will be presented at the upcoming American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting being held in New Orleans, US, from April 8 - 13, 2022. These data (Abstract #2767) will be featured in the "Biomarkers Predictive of Therapeutic Benefit" session on Tuesday April 12, 2022 from 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM.

Been off for a few days , so just catching up here .
Great relief when I saw the Hibiscus RNS . That was becoming a dead end street with Omicron being so mild and steroids still being so dominant .
Finally we can shift away from having to prove efficacy with Covid ( virtually impossible with omicron i would guess ) , and get back to what Traumakine does best .

I wouldn't be surprised to see at least two trials going forward , with different partners .
One for Organ failure with DofD perhaps , and one with some one else for ARDS .

With all the data Faron have relating to screening for that polymorphism , their understanding of CD73 up regulation , and the steroid interference , they are in a far better position now to design trial protocols , with a very good chance of trial success .

Either way , it looks like they will be partner funded , and so more resources can be pushed on Bex , which they seem to be talking up with more confidence at every opportunity .

And Dr Juho can do interviews in a hot tub for all I care , just so long as the news is good !

Morning all . Bought in here a few weeks ago , so have been pleased with recent update , and actually added a few more on Friday . Hadn't heard of this company until the FDA bad news , didn't know enough to take the plunge that day , but caught up enough to see it as a really good opportunity .
After a few pharma disasters , I'm changing my investing strategy now to hold smaller amounts in a few more companies . That way any losses won't be too catastrophic ,and when things do work out ( as I see pretty sure they will here ) the returns on success will be substantial .
They seem like a great company . Will continue to read up more about them .

I'm hoping to see news regarding first dosing on Bexmab trial .
And if they get a good signal on those first patients - that could be major news .
As Markku said - it could bring authorisation ' very quickly ' .
They would know very quickly whether it was working for Leukemia patients , as i guess blood samples are much easier and quicker to test than solid tumour changes .

Pull back in SP and tightening of the spread have the hallmark fingerprints of those who have a sniff of what might be coming .

It really is looking positive Drac . Clinically things are getting exciting , but now we are getting clues on the financial & commercial developments .
Erik is already on a salary of over $2.7 million as CFO at AvroBio inc . He wouldn't be taking on this project unless he saw big potential . It's not like he needs a second job .

Multiple hirings going on in the USA over the next quarter .
The most important year ever in the 20 year history of Faron .

What I am amazed at is the lack of any new private investor attention . I know LSE isn't everything , but from the tiny volume of trades , we are still totally under the radar in the UK .
It makes for a dull SP ( I'll take that against a pumpty dumpty share mind you ) , but when the penny drops , the free float here is so small , we will go vertical .
Nasdaq announcement could get things bubbling , although it isn't any guarantee of SP revaluation .
But once in place , any big RNS will be more fully appreciated , and any M&A / License activity will give the US full access to us , and our future growth .

Been out so only caught the last 10 minutes , just when the Q&A was starting .
Some good analyst questions - about progress and licensing .
Looks like they have all the recruitment needed for the dosing data , will take a couple of months to sort and package it all up to present to FDA ( sounded like June ) .
Big recruitment in US to happen in second quarter .
But biggest news for me was an answer about Mr Erik Ostrowski .
I asked what his role was , and both Markku and Toni were all smiles . He is a CFO , who knows what it takes to help a European business operate in the States . He's done it before with AIM listed companies . In their words they needed someone ' closer to the Wall St ' , who has an understanding on how to make the next steps in their development in the US .
Nasdaq question was asked . Up until now , their US activity has been clinical , but they see now Wall St as something that is very attractive .
That's the first time they have been so open about that subject . ( and that question has been asked for years ) .
Now announced today , they are taking on a Wall St guy . So watch this space.

Only negative point was that Traumakine recruitment has been slow they admit , but they are looking at ways to address this .

And when asked about licensing or deals , Markku pretty adamant that it would not do shareholders any justice to sign any deal until they have this Matins data packaged and ready for FDA - ( so in a quarter or so ) .
It is at that point where Big Pharma will be invited in and asked to form an orderly queue ( I wish )

But lots can happen in between .
We should get the dosing update pretty soon ( soluble Clever1 too ) , and USA developments a plenty !

Hopefully it will be on catch up , and I'll watch the whole thing later .
