Artemis Resources Limited ("Artemis" or the “Company") (ASX / AIM:ARV,
Frankfurt: ATY, US OTCQB: ARTTF) is pleased to release its Quarterly Activities
Report for the quarter ended 30 June 2022 (the “June Quarter”).
Overview
The June Quarter saw a significant number of assay results from the Greater
Carlow Project returned for holes drilled in the March Quarter. Numerous
excellent gold and copper grades were reported, further demonstrating the
excellent potential at Greater Carlow. Following the receipt of the final batch of
assays it is expected that Artemis will release an updated resource statement
for the Greater Carlow Project. Final assays for the Chapman Prospect located
~1km to the south of Carlow are also pending. Artemis is looking forward to
finalising its plans for the next phase of exploration at Greater Carlow and will
update shareholders accordingly. Work at Paterson Central began in the quarter
and is expected to continue for much of the rest of 2022.
Financial Resources
Artemis is well funded with over A$11m in financial resources comprising cash
of ~A$6m at the end of the June Quarter and this is supplemented by over A$5m
worth of shares in several listed entities.

mining lease .

Just a correction over this patent -

Having seen the RNS that Faron posted in Jan 2021 stating that they were filing a patent regarding soluble Clever 1 , I misread the date that Faron actually filed this latest patent . I assumed it was also Jan 2021 , the same month that they released the RNS stating that they had discovered these new properties of soluble Clever1 .

Just re-reading it now , I see that it was actually filed in Jan 2022 , not 2021 .

Initially , I was a bit deflated seeing that an RNS 18 months ago had slipped out the basis of this patent .

But it turns out that the patent was filed a year later - so 12 months on from starting their dose and frequency escalations.

This makes much more sense now , as the research will have been well underway in order to feed into their claims .

So rather than a massively out of date discovery that we had already been told of , this is still a much fresher set of information , based on 12 months of increased dosing and frequency and intense study of soluble clever-1 .

That makes me again very confident in what is potentially coming .

To date, a direct comparison of multiple IFN-Is and IFN-IIIs against diverse SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern has not yet been done.

Echoing exactly what Faron have been saying for years -
Steroids interfere with IFN B1a treatment - so don't mix them
Treat early
I/V ( or Inhaled) - but deffo not subcutaneous .

Brings back memories of the wasted WHO trial that Merck relentlessly used up thousands of patients banging on with their useless method in some vain hope that they would get some kind of signal , whilst Faron ( albeit late to the party) were treated abysmally .
Either complete corruption or failure to understand the science . I think we know which .

Even though Faron look to have admitted defeat in the David and Goliath battle to get recognised for Covid , perhaps studies like these and Synairgens efforts to get on new platform trials will keep Traumakine in the running too.
Lets hope common sense prevails - there is big opportunity for money to be made on these drugs.
I can't understand why BP isn't picking up either of these two and giving them the boost they need.

Soluble Clever-1 has the capacity to suppress T cell activation

The role of increased soluble Clever-1 in the circulation was tested in experimental settings. The most interesting finding from this experimental work elucidated a new role for Clever-1: it can control T cell activation directly, including naïve T cells. This is a significant finding because it proposes that by producing soluble Clever-1 the malignant process can also suppress T cell activation in remote locations and, by targeting naïve T cells, can prevent expansion of the T cell repertoire. Soluble Clever-1 can therefore be a substantial inhibitor of T cell activating therapies.



A new patent application has been filed seeking global protection for these findings and related applications.

The details of the patent certainly adds a lot to what we have been told .
Since that RNS , they have had 18 months of testing increasing dose and frequency and looking at the results .
They will have definitive data on this now .

It's a critical element of the whole Bex program .

So for the program to be accelerating , with team building , finance preparation , and trials such as BEXMAB getting a super quick launch , you have to think they are happy with what they are seeing .

As Cov says though , the market wants results or a deal .
So we wait .

Just re-reading it - just seems to add a lot more to what they already know . Not just a method for suppressing Clever -1 , but to actually USE it as a treatment itself .

4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the agent capable of inhibiting and/or neutralizing soluble CLEVER-1 comprises a humanized monoclonal immunoglobulin G4K antibody bexmarilimab.

5. CLEVER-1 or fragment thereof in a soluble form for use as an immunosuppressive agent.

6. CLEVER-1 or fragment thereof in a soluble form according to claim 5 for use as an immunosuppressive agent, wherein CLEVER-1 or fragment thereof has been bound to a carrier.

Looks like they have worked out that they can control soluble Clever 1 .
Not only that , but they can modify its amount up or down for various treatments .
Having a second read of it now - but looks like they are saying that by administering Bex ( or a variant of Bex - biosimilar) they can control soluble Clever 1 .

This has been the BIG unknown up till now . Now we have a patent that goes into detail of how they can actually use soluble clever 1 to control the level of immune action .

The role of soluble CLEVER-1 has not been known until now and altering levels of soluble CLEVER-1 as mean to either activate or inactivate T cells in an individual is an entirely new concept.

According to the present invention, we can maintain T cell activity and immunological homeostasis by blocking soluble CLEVER-1 from binding to RACK1 on lymphocytes. It is also possible to maintain T cell activity and immunological homeostasis by inhibiting and/or neutralizing soluble CLEVER-1 in circulation and/or lymph. In turn, by administering a soluble form of CLEVER-1 in an individual, we can de-activate already activated T cells by binding to RACK1 on lymphocytes and suppress the immune system. Hence, the present invention provides a method for controlling immune activation in an individual, wherein a level of soluble CLEVER-1 in a blood circulation and/or lymph is controlled by affecting the amount of soluble CLEVER-1 in a blood circulation and/or lymph by blocking soluble CLEVER-1 from binding to RACK1 on lymphocytes and/or by administering a soluble form of CLEVER-1. Immune system can be de-activated by increasing a level of soluble CLEVER-1 in blood circulation and/or lymph by administering CLEVER-1 or fragment thereof in a soluble form in an individual. Hence, in an embodiment according to the present invention, CLEVER-1 or fragment thereof in a soluble form can be used as an immunosuppressive agent. Alternatively, a state of immune action can be maintained or gained by neutralizing and/or inhibiting soluble CLEVER-1 in a circulation and/or lymph in an individual by administering an agent capable of inhibiting and/or neutralizing soluble CLEVER-1. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a state of immune action can be controlled, maintained or gained by blocking soluble CLEVER-1 from binding to RACK-1 on lymphocytes by administering an agent capable of binding to RACK-1.
