Last week I was struggling to buy any stock here , when it was clearly rising in Finland .

If we do get any news or rumours that could spike the price- I have a feeling those looking to buy here may get locked out for a bit .

Hence why Ive added a bit recently - so I can just sit tight and wait .

What a great update - all positive again - really solid data update , just as they are moving into the P2 random trial .

Nice to be reading about the science and the breakthroughs , rather than share dilution and hold ups .

I took part in the last raise - and actually had another 5000 this morning .

I'm obviously still down on my holding , but not too painful so long as we start moving north from here.

Small biotech investing is always a risk - even when things look nailed on .

At 44p and £88m Mcap - I see the risk still worth it here .

The clinical data and scientific findings data has just got better - the only failure was when it became apparent the trial design would need altering , and thus further financing , at which point Faron were caught in a weak spot .

That damage has now been done - so for any new investor - they can come in now with a pretty optimistic outlook .

Half of the battle of getting a drug like this into action seems to be 'who 'you know rather than 'what ' you know . Your face has to fit , with all the right kind of people as you navigate through the gate keepers doorways . Hence why they have done their best to get a dream team SAB , all connected to the right places , and a Board with the right connections . To be fair to Faron , at least they have managed to achieve that without blowing the building up . It does seem like we have a full drawer of them now - so its either a giant gravy train , or eventually these people will all pull together in order to get us up into the next layer of elites . I don't thing many of these non Execs do a huge amount of actual work - they just add their 2 pennysworth when it comes to certain decisions , they are mainly there to show that the company is in safe hands and that they won't do anything rogue - and tarnish any reputations . With all this advice coming together - how can they go wrong lol ? As for Heights - I guess they'll dribble the shares out - and then dump a load on good news . So long as the news is good enough , we should still be ok - and come a deal , they would probably work something out and then be out of our hair . As for approving these parasites - I suppose Timo etc had a say - and it was seen as really the only option to keep the company on its mission . What Faron have been doing recently , from what I've seen , is look to mitigate any future failures by making sure everything is in place -and the forthcoming trial gets the best chance it can to finally attract the right partner at the right price .

Just watched the interview .

The Paraxel collaboration stood out as one of the major changes in the way Faron have done trials . They now have a commercial agreement with Paraxel to shoulder the responsibility of timelines and costs of the Bexmab P2 . The funding is there anyway - but this underscores the certainty of getting the job done on time and on budget .

Paraxel are taking the lead by the looks of it - dealing with the protocols etc .

Juho looking ( relatively )more refreshed than he did during the fundraise period .

The course they are now on with the CR endpoint is at least the route of least risk . They are covering old ground now so to speak , with proven similar open study results already in the bag - but just to repeat what they've already done , or even slighly worse , will be easily enough to satisfy the FDA .

Next news could be the agreed protocol and trial plan start date ?

Well according to the RNS the released - Faron plan on using the proceeds of the raise for the following :

1.)To finance the randomized, 90-patient Phase II trial with bexmarilimab in combination with azacitidine in frontline HR MDS until the following major milestones:

i) completion of the complete response rate readout (CR);

ii) determination of the recommended Phase III dose (RP3D);

iii) FDA meeting for CR as the approval endpoint;

iv) potential request for Accelerated Approval in last line MDS (r/r MDS).

2.) To support up to five investigator-initiated trials to further validate bexmarilimab's potential in combination trials in melanoma, non-small cell lung carcinoma, soft tissue sarcoma, breast cancer (ER+ BRC), r/r MDS and acute myeloid leukaemia

3.) for working capital and general corporate purposes.

According to the Company's estimate, net proceeds of EUR 32.8 million would be sufficient for all of the above-mentioned main purposes.

In my opinion - if they can get i , ii and iii done from 1.) Then they will be a in position again to get a Partner onboard for the final P3 push - and at a highet ticket price than they would have been before this clusterf*ck .

So We will have a few months to start seeing progress - but assuming they get these done , the SP will take care of itself .

My plan is to hold until that point , then shed half my holding , and see what occurs .

Yes , Basically what BMhltd says . Near term - the Bexmab trial with new Endpoints of CR rather than OS should get Faron back up and running - as their CR is so impressive and miles above the SOC - so once that data starts coming through - I would expect the SP to start its recovery . Remember we only have a Mcap of about £80m now . Longer term there are all the other trials that should start generating meaningful data - and interest from BP . The science hasn't changed . Unfortunately the use of OS for these trials with such a weak patient base had scared off any Partner . Now by proposing having CR as the primary endpoint - the trail should firstly be quicker , and pretty much guaranteed success given past data .

Yes its still a gamble - but I think that now they have funding - thats one big risk now sorted , and also the new trial design is also a risk removed .

I haven't seen confirmation of the FDA and the new CR designed trial yet , so perhaps that is coming soon .

We haven't really had any news other than on the financials for a long time - so I think from here on , we should almost start getting back to the normal news flow and progress reports - that in the past have kept investors interested .

Thats my opinion - they are a team of highly skilled scientists - with a wealth of experience - and now with funding to get them a fair way down the roads again .

Took a chunk of 10k shares for 40.1p . Daft , considering I paid more for the RI shares , which I still haven't received lol .

Spoke to my Broker today - they haven't received the shares yet , hence why they can't be accessed . but the team are chasing it up so I'm told - so shouldn't be too long .

The BEXERA trial (FP2CLI012) is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase IIb trial in treatment-naïve HR-MDS. Planned to start in the second half of 2026, the trial will evaluate bexmarilimab at doses of 1 mg/kg and 3 mg/kg in combination with azacitidine, compared with placebo plus azacitidine.

The trial is expected to enroll 90 participants across sites in North America and Europe. The objective of the trial is to select the recommended Phase III dose, and to demonstrate the efficacy and safety of the combination in a randomized, controlled setting to support later registrational filings in frontline HR-MDS.

Not sure if they will let us PI's top up in the 30's . That would be a gift - but I expect if there are shares going cheap they will want a quick turnaround then out - so maybe we will .

I just had another 6k at 42.3p , with cash waiting should it get into the super bargain zone .

I have a feeling things will loiter around the 40-45p mark until the churn is done ( if there is to be a clear out of those guaranteed shares ) - then they'll start dropping news on drug progress , and we'll be on our way .

So going forward - with just over 200 million shares now about to be in play- we can look back at the old SP ( prior to a few placings when it had a bout 100 million)and just about halve it for comparison . ie for the company to have a Mcap of £200m with a £2.00 SP , now the equivalent would be £1.00 .

We were ticking along at £2-2.50 for a long time , and with little funds in place - so given that we now have plenty of funds - and are moving into some pivotal milestone areas again - with some steady news flow of Bexmab and other trial progress , we should in my opinion return to those levels as a bare minimum - so £1-1.30 new money . And thats before any hype starts building of partnerships etc , or any new drug breakthrough progress.

So I'm happy to add at these prices . Again - its a shame it's come to this , but sometimes big sacrifices are required to get things over the finishing line .

Well I took a month off , let the dust settle , and recharge my enthusiasm battery .

With the SP and Mcap at these levels - we really are starting afresh .

At least away from the markets - Faron are still doing what they do best .

What a shame its ended up here like this . I'm sure this will climb back eventually , but if they raise at this price which is looking likely , then they have given away a huge percentage of the company for peanuts . Huge dilution at the lowest value imaginable .

Either this is a huge mistake , the market really is ruthless , or some entity is forcing this reaction in order to capitalise on Farons weak position . At this price - surely an aggressive takeover is likely after the dust settles - because there is still immense value in the Bexmarilimab program

Ive just had a mix of 13000 more at 55p .

Last roll of the dice for me now . I'll sit tight now and if its a success at least I've made the most of it .

Ive cleared my emotional feelings out now - and looking at the job objectively .

There is still so much value to be unlocked here - if they can get the job done .

To be honest back in 2018 I think they had a on offer at £1.05 , and you could still buy on the open market for £1.

So I declined the offer and just bought through the market .

I sort of expect the same here again .After watching Juho this week - I think he is resigned to an almighty dilution .

How it got to this situation is hard to fathom .

Given all the experience they have , plus the huge holding the family have , even with bullet proof confidence of Bex being a success - this has been a gut wrenching drop in market confidence and valuation .

What was keeping the SP at £1.70 ? Just assumption that all was well ? Confidence ? Partner deal excitement .

That balloon got well and truly popped .

I think long term this will still do well . And short term there should be a bump up from whatever eye wateringly low price they raise after the dust settles and people go back to focusing on the positives .

But as a PI , it feels like I've wasted the best part of 7 years here . Thankfully I'm well diversified ( SNG taught me that ) and overall my Portfolio is actually up thanks to the gold Sector . So here its more of an emotional issue than a fiscal one .

I'm not saying management have lied to us , but its a lesson to be more objective with your investments .

I've been accused rightly so of being too optimistic - and its still hard to accept that Faron have got themselves into this mess again - after being so close to super stardom .

Anyway - rant over - no point crying over spilt milk - but I think I'm moving on from Faron . I'll still keep my holding , but probably won't post much now until my wounds heal . All the best and lets hope it all works out for everyone .

So looks like they are going to proceed in the r/r MDS P2 in order to prove Bex up without doubt . Seen as the most prudent way forward in order to enhance success in the P3 - using CR rather than overall survival which was already agreed .

But the main point I think is that they will focus on the r/r not frontline initially- as the frontline can not be seen as a full validation for Bex ( as often patients will be treated with various other combinations ) - but with r/r it can .

So they money they are raising is being used for the most risk free route .
