Well that's my last top up hopefully . Another 7k . C'mon Faron - lets make this a life changing event for your loyal shareholders - Timo included !

Not heard of those . I'll take a look . It's hard to know where to look with miners at the moment , as many have made big jumps up - its knowing who has further to go , and who just got lifted with the bull run .

My big miner has been GGP long term , but I also have lumps in OMI , KEFI , ARV and WSBN . Those 4 have been very volatile - but if you don't mind that - there could still huge gains to be made ( especially the first two).

Not investment advice and I don't like cross ramping - but it has been very quiet here - so having a few other shares to keep the interest is always recommended .

What I do find interesting sometimes is I get a sniff of a new share to look at - and I find 6-8 yrs of interviews to catch up on - such as I did with KEFI - where loyal shareholders have slogged it through from the start - often seeing their investment get diluted time and time again ( sound familiar) - with the old Jam tomorrow scenario - then right at the end someone like me can just get lucky - popping their investment in , and within a few months - BINGO !

Its a similar situation here at Faron . Some of us have been here well before 2018 . Yet someone could take a punt tomorrow , and five bag by next week if that Partner news drops . Thats life !

Still here, just not much to add to the conversation at the moment . Hoping for news shortly as they surely must be wanting to kick on with next steps ASAP . So just sitting tight . Luckily there’s plenty of action going on in my mining shares , so will be adding here again soon and keeping some dry powder should there be a raise . I think however with CLN in place , there is no appetite or need for a small raise . They want a deal and a partner . So we just hold tight and wait for news . As western says , quiet before the storm .

Because its just a very clumsy reporting system - not accurate - and of no use . I don't know why they even bother with it . Any major amounts are probably out of step with the Sp at time of reporting anyway . I guess it could be a basic guide if you are trying to see what the trend is on a given day - but the actual SP will tell you that - along with what quantity you can get quotes for . I tend to use that as more of a signal .

Good post BM . We have to be realistic . The CLN's were always going to prove to be a headwind on the SP until a Partner deal is done .

Stepping back and looking at where Faron are assured to be once Bex is on the market - a little more pain is worth it if it gets us to where we need to be without giving the prize away .

But as ever we don't know what is being thrashed out behind closed doors . They seem to have an A team of negotiators - and the data is exemplary .

A deal could land any day - there is not other milestone that needs to be reached .

So I too have added recently sub 190 . Will add if there is a raise - but with Bex data so good - and the progress made - discount may not be too steep - hence I've held my position .

We just have to trust the company - its a shame for those PI's who need to sell this year for whatever reason , or were expecting fireworks , but as usual the market can outlast the impatient .

Better than average interview - in as much as the interviewer actually had done some homework . Nothing new as such other than big preparation for new trials going on . No mention of how funding is coming along . All the planning is fine - but at some point they need to show us how its going to happen . The wait continues.

Faron really are at the sharp end of this breakthrough .

They've almost been waiting for the scientific community ( and big chequebooks ) to catch up with their discovery .

I guess that the plan A they have always stated is that they will 'running' the trial - but Partner will be 'funding ' it.

However, as they don't want timelines to slip , and although no deal agreed yet , they still need to get the people in place for it , so they can hit the ground running once funding is announced .

I really can't see them wanting to go 100% all alone . But who knows .

One thing I failed to realise was that I guess the survival data update sort of needs a change in circumstances for the patient for them to be able to actually put a figure on it . If the survival time is just rising for many of them - they cant really publish a ' finished' data set . I'm hoping that shortly they will give an interim update perhaps - showcasing how much more than the 13 months currently they are achieving .

Thanks for that . Even the Analysts are in the dark then . 3 options ahead - all get Faron to a profitable place eventually - and at least there are options .

Main point is that there is no benefit to anyone by stalling the project .

The sooner Bex hits the shelves - the longer it will provide profits .

So I expect next week we will get confirmation either way of how its going to happen .

These next few weeks are going to be pivotal for the company .

Yes I get the feeling we are all sort of waiting for clarification on what comes next .

We all expected the FDA to be positive . hence the lack of euphoria perhaps .

WE should however now be in FULL NEGOTIATION mode - its time to show your cards because somebody will be either taking us over or becoming a long term partner .

Nothing else to chew over really until they give us more info . My gut feeling is a deal is being finalised . If there was a funding round coming - they would be doing the big PR pump .

Great FDA news as expected - now we await the next step .

1.) Faron go it alone in this trial ? Possible - won't be massive amount of cash ( compared to usual P3 costs )- and the reward will be huge . Timescales not massive either as the Interim CR readouts will be months - not years . We still await an updated Survival data announcement - expect to be be reassuringly good . So chance of success in this P2/3 is very, very high .

2.) Partner steps up ( at last ) . This will be the last chance for a Partner to get Faron ( or part of Bex platform ) at a discount , as once Faron become profitable - then their hand at the negotiating table gets a lot stronger . All boxes ticked for this to happen .

Faron have ambitions to embark on a whole swathe of trials shortly , and in reality , I think if this is all going to happen - they really want a Big Partner to come in and shoulder the costs and also the logistics of commercialisation from here onwards .

I really hope we get a deal announced shortly , but would also happily add to my holding if there were a placing to take us on alone .

Either way - Faron just got the rubber stamp to make Bexmarilimab treatment to patients around the globe a reality.

Looking at this Bayer offer - announced today - $1.3B deal on an oncology drug yet to even get into trial - its juts got INC clearance as far as I can see !

So what does that make Bexmarilimab worth - that's just blown the doors off a P2 trial ?

C'mon Faron - when we see a deal it better be a whopper !

They are actively looking to boost their Oncology division with acquisitions and partnerships in new treatments .

I remember scoffing a bit when Markku and Juho talked of a bidding process for Partners- but things have got to a stage now where this scenario is actually more likely than not .

Yes the overall survival times will surely be revised upwards again at some point . I guess the longer they leave it the better the number will be - so perhaps they are looking for a headline grabbing figure .

I didn't expect to be able to top up at around £2 this week .

All this great news - but the market is still hesitant to pile in ?

Faron have a long track record of deciding to push on under their own steam -and I guess there is feeling that they are never going to make a deal .

But I think finally - once the FDA meeting has been announced - all the boxes will be ticked exactly how they will be able to take Bex to market.

They will know the number of patients needed for a P3 - the costs - time scale - and resulting business opportunity .

They have the clinics - the right people - the connections - the patents - the Commercial production facility - the FDA approvals ( incoming) . All ready to go .

Like you say Bm , it whether a partner will want the Hemo side alone or the whole platform . Farons trial plans are ambitious - and their start dates suggest that Partners are ready too . They could have stretched the dates out - but they haven't .

Yes great news - both today and yesterdays data update . Not only have they derisked the science to almost guarantee commercial approval - whoever partners up gets assured profits for even longer . FDA meeting will no doubt throw up an expedited route to approval - given all the data , plus the fasttrack status and Matins safety data already in the bag .
