Surprisingly, it has now been found that Common Lymphatic Endothelial and Vascular Endothelial Receptor-1 (Clever-1) is an important regulator of hematopoiesis and its immunotherapeutic targeting can improve bone marrow recovery to repopulate blood with various immune cells after chemotherapy. It has been found that the inhibition of Clever-1 leads to the rapid recovery of hematopoietic stem cells in the bone marrow after chemotherapy. The findings of the present invention may help to increase the count of the various immune cells, such as lymphocytes, monocytes and neutrophils in the blood during or after chemotherapy used for the treatment of cancer. In one aspect, the findings of the present invention provide a novel efficient method for treating cancer in combination with chemotherapy or for treating chemotherapy-induced disorders, such chemotherapy-induced lymphopenia and neutropenia, infections, anemia, thrompocytopenia etc. In one aspect, the present invention also provides a novel efficient method for treating hematological malignancies in combination with chemotherapy. I wouldn't panic . No decision will be made until they get the FDA guidance for P3. No doubt any partner will be waiting for that until signing . Until then , as expected , we will get the usual underhand actions . And why not - its now a big target in BP headlights . And even if we end up raising for P3 ( unlikely) - who cares - just take part ( if you can ) or wait and reap the rewards . If you think its going to 80p - sell some , you might double your money again . Personally I'm just waiting . I will add the opportunity comes . News could come out of the blue any time .

Yes just seen that too . Amazing - fair play to them . Those shares would be a fortune on their own - and with a reate fairly certain - they could be worth £10-20 million in a year or so . They will be rich beyond their dreams by then anyway - but even so - what a noble thing to do . Well done .

Yes another big breakthrough . We often forget that the whole immunotherapy sector is really still at the pioneering stage - such a low success rate in many existing drugs could be improved if they really could tell which patients would best respond . Faron already had some clear bio markers - this gives them such an advantage - particularly for the new trial designs coming up . MDS deal will just put them in an even better place for future negotiations

The fact that this guy , who lives and breathes pharma deals , has taken up a post at Faron just speaks volumes .

He comes over as someone who is very astute . You would only join Faron if you were sure that your skills were going to bear fruit .

Watching it now - yes - sounds like they had a offer last year - but it was too low ball . Now they are in a position of strength .
