HHH81 - The worst I've done is share CPI's own financial results from it's own website, additionally links to regulator articles or from news websites.

I was researching stocks to invest into, found CPI and thought it could be a candidate... looked into the financials, asked some questions on here - many did not like my line of questioning and started posting abusive comments towards me. I stuck to my guns, made a forecast (for which I received much ridicule)...

Then my forecast was very closely realised (I'd said £2.4bn FY2024 Revenues).

I'm using CPI as a sense check of my longer forecasting abilities, and the fact some on here were so abusive only made me more determined to counter their ramping '£25 a share' nonsense.

I am just a working class PI - I don't short stocks (I cannot take such high risks). It really is this simple 👌

Yes, my stance on CPI is negative - due to its terrible financials, and what I think is the wrong strategy for the time.

I'd argue its the rampers who should be held to account for breaking the rules, as they've repeatedly been trying to persuade people to invest their cash in pursuit of '£25 a share' (said the user Simpiles) and other wild speculative narratives- all peddled on here with next to no evidence.

I on the other hand have posted information and evidence published by CPI themselves, only to have posters on here ridicule me for having done so.

At the current SP of ~£1.58... I could probably tolerate about a 20-25% further slide of the SP before I'd begin to become worried I was 'overexposed'.

Obviously, we're nowhere near to that pricing point. Fortunately, I've taken great care not to become over committed, just keeping calm & snaffling up more when there's price dips. I did buy one tranche up at ~£1.87p ish but... fortunately for me it makes up such a small % of my holdings it's a negligible negative impact.

TerryM1 - Respectfully I disagree. 1.8% growth given the global turbulence is solid performance. Results demonstrate the BOD's have invested to control costs, and have even driven a small amount of growth from the situation.

Many other services IT businesses out there have been under extreme pressure, and have seen their revenues shrinking.

When the wider economy becomes less turbulent and growth picks up this stock should do nicely, and current investors can have faith the BOD's will look after them through this turbulence too.

I agree AimMaster2018 👍 💯 - as i said yesterday, I think its the beginning of the end for CPI IMV, the turnaround is clearly not working. Only a matter of time before a really big market player calls time on the whole saga and bets big against CPI.
