Goatilcious - definitely best to DYOR - I tend to buy where I see value which differs depending on my goal and strategy... for me I invest short/mid and long term and I do so with different types of buy in too e.g. large one off/few mid size buys/many smaller tranches using £ cost averaging... I don't deploy the same strategy for all my investments. I examine the Macro Economic, the sector I'm considering and the business itself.

I guess we shall see the true state of the property sector this summer once the data releases land in the autumn/winter months.

AimMaster2018 - We've already got our house deposit a little lift thanks to profits from TUI/BT/Currys and others helping out... We went 'Sold STC' just over two weeks ago and what's more because UK property is doing so poorly atm we've purchased at just over 9% under their asking price; barely anything is selling atm with sellers having bought the nonsense peddled by Times, Telegraph & Express about a so called booming UK property market... There's demand for new builds as they take small deposits and dish out 30-40yr mortgages but the rest of the real estate sector is seeing painful drops.

On the Gutmann case... Whenever I went 'out of contract' I got a barrage of comms; sms/email/post and calls too sometimes... outlining it's cheaper to sign a new contract, or sim only deal. Laziness by contract signees definitely played a part in many overpaying for handsets they'd paid for via phone+plan contract bundles. I just don't think the class action claim can place 100% blame upon operators... Yes, operators benefitted from customer laziness, to find and sign a new deal but... it's not as though the industry set out to rob customers as no one was ever 'locked in' to paying once their contract had come to an end.

Mike... I never celebrated or conveyed glee from me having sold out from TUI and in fact I wanted to remain invested but I did not share your positive view. Once again, you put spin on and distort my actual words and you resort to insults with them capital letters you enjoy using too. All in all It just makes you come across as a little unhinged.

Enjoy your equity buys and overpriced holz... Over here I'm happy to wait things out for painful corrections yet to come; as I think today is the first of many more tremors yet to come throughout this summer/autumn ahead. UK economy is very sick indeed.

That's the thing I have backed up my claims with sound evidence. ONS data releases with the links plus articles out there, I commented about the issues with poor growth and difficulties in UK housing market. What I do not understand is why some on here incessantly ramp... I've been a TUI investor and I like the business but I'm also a realist... the minute I mention concerns I hit a wall of denial and spot a lack of any valid claims or evidence... just conspiracy theories about how I'm a shorter - even though I've repeatedly explained I don't short stocks, I don't have enough experience.

I agree with you Stupmy... right now there's many macro issues having accumulated with this Ryanair announcement looking to me like the spark that's set things alight. I'm not convinced this will all be over so soon. I'm seeing weakness in SSPG on my dashboard as well now, it has climbed today to 199-201p but now just about hanging onto 197p.

Not yet clear if this is an opp we're seeing here. Right now it's looking more akin to contagion/market correction: WIZZ, TUI, IAG, JET2.

OTCDS2023 - Go take a look at the EZJ SP and if you compare to TUI SP chart today you'll notice the significant drop at around 14:13 BST.

Looks to be stabilising around 513-516p - perhaps finding plenty of buyers at these price points for now?
