60,000 sell21 Oct 2021 12:39
60,000, 25,000, 14,000 and several 10,000 sells in October. Seems for and more people are just getting fed up with the silence which appears to be broken by jam tomorrow RNSs.
Alistair Muir admits "I appreciate for many investors the delay has been frustrating." If he know this and admits this why doesn't he do something about it.
RNS the following
1) Alistair you must know your total September output now, it was 400 tonnes in first 2 weeks, so tell us September's total output figures.
2) What is going on with ILTL? Are they still in the picture to take over. Please don't hide behind silence and just let reference to ILTL evaporate from RNSs. If the deal is off, that materially impacts on Edenville and as such we have a right to know.
3) Contracts; almost all operational / Rukwa updates mention potential contracts, have any been signed or are they still jam.
4) Acquisition; it's been over 5 months since RNS re: Tony Buckingham handing over £1m. Is that 5 months just talking about acquisition or have they moved forward and identified a company?
5) Selling the mine; are they considering selling the mine in its entirety? They need to make a statement inline with the ILTL question above. We need to know what the strategic plan is,if they have one.
Alistair you admit to "appreciate for many investors the delay has been frustrating" so do something. A 60,000 sell at what I can only imagine is at a loss, to go with the 25,000 sell, 14,000 and several 10,000 sells should be ringing alarm bells for you. Once Edenville drop through 22p next stop is 18p, that would be some statement on your ability to add shareholder value.
It's time to deliver 3000 tonnes a month
Sell the coal mine
Rename
Issue a new investment strategy
And deliver share holder value.
We need comms from Edenville on the above points now
