So I'm making a few assumptions.
1) if it was over 160% they would have said over 160%, so the increase is between 151 - 159%, so let's take it at 155%
If they produced 400 tonnes in the first half of September, a 100% increase would be 800 tonnes so 155% increase is 1020 tonnes. So as far I can see, based on the data, what they are telling us is they didn't produce anything in the second half of September!!! 400 tonnes produced in the first two weeks of September, 155% increase = 1020 tonnes, 1024 tonnes produced in October which is over 150% increase on September.
They didn't say it explicitly, but the data suggests nothing produced in the second half of September.
Nice of them to tell us without actually telling us!!
As I've said before, you have to read Edenville RNSs very carefully.
