RE: President of Tanzania, Samia.27 Sep 2021 11:44
The Tanzanian President seems to be doing her bit. Now all we need Edenville BoDs to do is come up with the goods.
I'm expecting factual updates on the following, by factual I mean not jam tomorrow
- That it has received an order of up to a possible 3,500 tonnes per month of washed coal, although it is expected that this will result in an average monthly delivery of at least 2,000 tonnes per month, with deliveries commencing at that level in September 2021. HAS IT RESULTED IN 2,000 TPM?
- It has an ongoing order of 600 tonnes per month of washed coal to one of its anchor tenants, however due to issues with the customer's plant there will be a delay in recommencing deliveries until later this year. - WHEN!!!!!
- Previously the Company announced a trial export shipment of 480 tonnes of washed coal to a customer in East Africa. The customer is satisfied with the sample provided, but has requested an alternative sample sizing for further testing. Subject to satisfactory performance, and an order being placed, a total requirement of up to 3,000 tonnes per month of washed coal has been indicated from this customer. ARE THEY HAPPY?
- Efforts have focused on short term contract opportunities, but with discussions with the Tanzanian Government on power station supply options planned for September 2021. DID IT HAPPEN OR NOT? IF NOT WHY NOT? IF IT DID WHAT WAS THE OUTCOME?
- For the next month the Company expects to sell a total of approximately 2,000 tonnes of washed coal DID IT ACHIEVE THIS?
- The Company will continue to pursue additional supply opportunities to augment orders already received WITH WHAT RESULT?
- In addition, as previously announced, the Company continues to review additional opportunities. HAVE THEY DONE SO OR ARE THEY STILL JUST TALKING BETWEEN THEMSELVES?
- As a result of this, the Company is anticipating achieving a full order book over the next few months. HAS IT ACHIEVED THIS?
- To date over 1,000 tonnes have been transported with an expected ongoing demand of 1,000-1,200 tonnes per month HAS THIS EXPECTED DEMAND MATERIALISED?
- further expansion of production capacity at Rukwa may be required. IS THIS CONFIRMED?
- The status of the agreement with Infrastructure and Logistics Tanzania Limited ("ILTL"), as announced on 8 June 2020, will be reviewed once production rates at Rukwa exceed 3000 tonnes per month. HAS ANY DISCUSSIONS TAKEN PLACE WITH ITIL?
There's a check list for you Tim for this weeks RNS.
