You literally have to read Edenville's RNSs so carefully

The trouble is, what was in a RNS as truth when stated, may not be still the truth now but Edenville haven't informed us of the change.

I'm thinking here of Sinohydro, who were in RNSs and even extended the agreement but then just disappeared and never mentioned again.

So we may have had a second excavator when stated, but that doesn't mean we have a second one now.

So what was the not main excavator going in November???? Clearing waste, rather than loading the washer crusher with the ROM from October??????

It obvious to me that ITIL are staying in the background until Edenville can prove the s h i t actually works, I.e. Edenville pay for as much of the worn out broken tech as possible to get them to 3,000 tonnes a month (over a time period?). Once there, itil will start their chat about handover.

That’s the trouble, until Edenville gives us a warts and all update across everything I listed earlier, it’s all guesswork

Is Edenville just another lifestyle company?

Year after year (well since January 2017) Edenville suggest potential customers, potential contracts, potential output figures, potential involvement in CFPP, potential acquisition, potential sales, potential handover, potential marketing agreements, potential anything I’ve missed?

And here we sit a month from the end of 2021 selling approx 1,000 tonnes of coal.

Surely 2022 has to be different in some way, doesn’t it????

How much profit can there be in approximately 1,000 tonnes of coal sold? And last month's profit?

The wages and fuel and fixing a broken digger and and and all need to be paid for. Do you think they have Tony's money in a separate 'Only Tony' bank account?

My thoughts on the acquisition front. As Edenville are clearly not making enough on sales of coal to cover every cost Edenville incurs, is Tony's money is being used to prop up the company?

So they were able to clear 18,690 tonnes of waste, dig up over 4,000 tonnes of ROM, but because the mining excavator broke down (and excavator they mean the thing that digs the coal out the mine) they couldn't load it into the washer crusher processing plant???

Am I missing something? They cleared a huge amount, almost doubled the ROM, but couldn't process the ROM because an excavator broke?? Do they mean a digger with bucket at the front broke down, as when you Google "mining excavator" you get something completely different.

So do they only have one digger, sorry, excavator?

They have had to reconfirm to order, how long will the customer wait?

No talk on CFPP, Tz gov talks or ITIL and hand over nor the acquisition plan, oh and did I mention our digger was broken.

Edenville, in last RNS, announced "The Company has received orders from its existing customers for 3,600 tonnes of washed coal for November 2021"

So have they delivered over 3,000 tonnes in November? They should know at the very latest tomorrow. If no RNS by close of market tomorrow I will consider that they have failed.

That's not to say they have produced 3,000 tonnes in November, remember they have stockpiles of coal that the have and will use to fill orders. They stated "1,069 tonnes of washed coal was sold domestically in October 2021, which included all of the month's production and part of the existing stockpile" so we know they are using stockpiles to fill orders as they can't produce enough.

Remember, they produced 400 tonnes in September, 1,024 in October (a 150% increase on September, hence why I state they produced 400 in September), so a 600 tonne increase. Does anyone actually think they are going to produce anywhere near 3,000 tonnes in November? So the delay in the handover continues.

Alistair, did you deliver on November's orders, or not? Simple question, which I hope is answered in the morning

So how long before Edenville have to shut down because of Omicron?

Will it be Omicron then the rainy season?

My view is that Edenville either sell up and get out of coal or we will just burn through the cash that's left. Edenville just haven't historically been able to process coal in the quantities required to power a CFPP or even to satisfy the multiple ,000's of tonnes they keep saying they have contracts pending for.

If it's going to take 10 years from now until they fore up this CFPP, think of the dilution and consolidation Edenville would need to undertake just to survive, based on what we know.

I get all that, but CFPP don't appear for free over night. No one in Tz is going to wake up on Christmas morning and find a fully funded, fully functional CFPP in their stocking.

Historically Edenville have been able to get some coal out of the ground, the key question is whether they can scale it up and get 3,000, 4,000 up to 12,000 tonnes a month. They had planned to handover over the mine, so presuming they didn't think they could up the mine output.

What has changed now that Edenville feel they can get 3,000 tonnes a month out the front door?
